The worst cutomer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a jumper for my dad for Christmas. It was never received and I can't get in contact with Ralph Lauren. For a huge company this is terrible. I'd like my £77 back please :)

Item not delivered on date given to me.
3 days later, Item still not with courier (maybe lost who's knows) Emails not answered in 3 days. Chat online, says I'm 9th in queue, counts down and stays at 1st in queue for ever. waited 1/2 hour, nothing. (tried this 3 times)
Phone call. I called 3 times, waited over 1/2 hour. Nothing. Clearly THERE is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Environmental impact is a huge issue using Ralph Lauren
Ordered 29th December. Item just arrived. Worst experience I’ve ever had shopping online and this is apparently a ‘luxury’ retailer. No updates on tracking. No refunds available because it’s been shipped. Jumper had to be sent to the UK from their fulfilment centre in Italy. Won’t be using again if this is their attitude towards the environment. I’d have thought Ralph Lauren would be more conscious of sustainability and CSR. It appears not as it’s a huge issue using Ralph Lauren and shipping deliveries this far. Surely a .Co.Uk should have a UK fulfilment centre and not be shipping items internationally?

This has to be the worst customer experience I’ve had in years. They send invites to review your purchases before they have been delivered. Returns are an absolute nightmare. I’ve just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to arrange a return for which I have to print the label myself and pay their UPS courier in cash. I also have the privilege of waiting in all day and evening. I tried taking a parcel to their UPS collection points and the first three on the list couldn’t provide a receipt for various reasons so I couldn’t leave it with them. It was just not worth the hassle.

Save yourself the trouble do not purchase from ralph lauren ordered 1st Jan its 12th order still not arrived tried numerous occasions to get a refund just get automated messages 24hours hours later saying your order is on its way the service is shockingly appalling and because u can't seem to speak to a real human it causes u more stress. Its easy not to care about consumers once u get to big as a company and customer service is not their priority

Wish I had read this site before making an order from Ralph Lauren UK. I ordered a dress on 30th Dec 2022. My money was taken. On 6th Jan 2022 I got a mail saying that my order was on its way and UPS tracking showed that a label had been printed by the sender but on 11th Jan it is still 'on its way to UPS in Reggio Emilia, Italy'. I thought I was buying a dress from the UK! Like others, I tried sending an email to RL Customer Service only to have the message blocked because it contained 'offensive language' - which of course it did not. Good way to make sure they take people's money without sending the goods. I will not let this drop. I have had a similar experience in the past with an order from Max Mara UK. I suspect this is the same bunch. Remember that you can claim the money back on your credit card, if you paid by that means.
Shocking service and customer service lies!
Ordered various items on 28th Dec. Their own website stated it should arrive by 5th January, and as I sit here on the 6th Jan, the tracking information they provide states that UPS haven’t ever been given the items in Italy to send to the UK.
Their customer services department are as much use as a chocolate teapot, as they tell me that apparently this worldwide delivery company (UPS) were closed from 28th Dec till 5th Jan! I hate to call anyone a liar, but having checked on UPS italy site, they were only closed 1st January, so not sure where I go from here. Utterly shambolic service and diabolical customer disservice! Will not be using them again, and I would respectfully suggest anyone else considering using them tries another brand!

Absolutely awful customer service. My parcel should have arrived today it was a Birthday present for my husband. Today I have no present for my husband and no clear answer from Ralph Lauren. Utterly disgusting from such a "Luxury" brand.

Slow and frustrating customer service
I sent an item to be returned on 17 Nov via UPS. It is almost 2 weeks now since I sent it and I am still waiting for at least notification that they have received it. Really slow customer service. It also took them 10 days just for the items to arrive to me when I live in London, not in a village middle of nowhere. If I knew it is such a hassle to deal with them, I would have never ordered anything
Such poor quality!
Shocking company. Pair of men’s suede boots had torn, which were just over a year old and only worn a handful of times! They took no responsibility for the poor quality as I didn’t still have the receipt! The fact that the boots were Ralph Loren, and I sent them all the photos to see the boots, made no odds. No receipt meant no help, no matter how bad the quality! They clearly use poor materials but charge a fortune.

I gave one star to be able to write the review, I would have given zero if I could have. Ordered a jumper (£140) when it arrived it was damaged (manufacturer damaged) it took ages for delivery, I have contacted their CS and they offered for me to keep the jumper for a partial refund of £10 someone obviously didn't quality check the item before dispatch and they have no more in stock. Very disappointed I have now ordered the jumper from another website paying £129 for the same jumper undamaged!

Sent incorrect size. A week after returning the item and reading reviews on here I emailed customer services. They told me my return was received at Feltham 16/9/ but had to go to the main Italian warehouse which due to Brexit will be around 30/09 then I’d get my refund approx 14 days after. Sounded dubious to say the least . Thankfully I have just received my refund today 24/9. Will never chance shopping on this site again and will buy my RL items direct from their store or John Lewis. Hope all others who have left comments on here receive their refunds

I have ordered from this company on three ocassions - only one order actually arrived. Shame on me for thinking Ralph Lauren stood for reasonable customer service and quality. My most recent purchase was a birthday gift for my husband. The order was meant to be delivered by UPS. I was supposed to need to sign for the package. Long story short, UPS claimed they delivered and that Ralph Lauren released need to sign. 45 min on phone with UPS and then Ralph Lauren trying to track package that claimed it was delivered but wasn't. Then 2 week process of "tracking package" only to receive very polite email that package was not found and money would be refunded. Credit to Ralph Lauren for timely refund, but not really the point. If I've spent an hour online shopping for a gift which I need in a timely fashion, this really isn't the level of service I'm looking for. Lesson learned. Will never shop here again.

Been a regular customer online and in store and always been happy. Sadly my views have changed after recently purchasing a £219:70 jacket online and the size was L although it was more like a XL so they advised to return the jacket via UPS which have done and weeks later I still have NOT received my refund of £219.70 and Between UPS and Ralph Lauren Uk they simple don’t know where the parcel is or where it’s going.. the customer service and reassurance has been non existent from Ralph Lauren uk and it’s almost laughable. I am still in the dark the jacket is in the hands of Ralph Lauren and UPS and I still have not received my £219.70 amd nobody is telling me when I will get my money debited back to my card… absolute disgrace. My mistake
I recently reviewed a dress as having been sent the wrong size. Duh! My mistake. Ralph Lauren is sent as US sizes. It fits beautifully and the fabric is perfect. Customer service was excellent too. I've deleted the previous review.

Wish I'd looked at the reviews on here first. Just had a terrible experience with their customer services. They have had my money for 10 days and I still haven't received my order. Now they're telling me I have to wait a further 5 business days before they consider whether to refund me or not. Appalling.
