The first transaction went smoothly, and I was initially very satisfied with the service. However, when I attempted my second transaction, my account was unexpectedly restricted without any explanation. I was very surprised and disappointed, especially since there was no convenient way to communicate with customer support or resolve the issue.
As a result, I decided to stop using the platform and return to my MoonPay account, where everything went smoothly without any complications.
I believe that reliable customer support, transparency, and clear communication are essential, especially when handling financial transactions. Unfortunately, this experience significantly affected my confidence in the platform.

Ive submitted a transaction on the 9th of October and STILL havent received my coins. Their customer support is almost non existent. You can either email them and hope someone reaches back, or read through the help articles like it will answer all. Pathetic.

We believe you are referring to off-ramp transaction where you are selling coins to cash. Could you please confirm if you are referring to some different situation because we cannot see any onramp transaction where you could be waiting for "coins".
About the offramp transaction, please note that your selected payout method is ACH transfer which usually takes up to 3 business days excluding weekends and usually the cause of delay is entirely due to nature of selected payout option.

Your account status does not affect your wallet in any way, and you can continue using the wallet to send and receive funds to and from any external wallet as usual.
Also, you can also restore your wallet to any other wallet application of your choice using your recovery phrase.
To view your recovery phrase, please:
Log in to the wallet app using your passkey confirmation:
- Tap on your account section in the top-left corner.
- From there, navigate to the Security and Privacy section and select Recovery Phrase.
Once you have this phrase, you can easily import it into any other wallet app of your choice to access and manage your assets directly.
