Funds immediately locked after deposit
Created an account and after validate all my data, when I made a deposit it got received and blocked in the same minute apparently due to final validations unsucceeded. On app it shows that should be returned in 2-3 business days but it can take up to 10 days.
30 minutes after receive an e-mail saying that my transfer is in review even though on app still says it will be returned.
Help center is an endless loop on FAQs asking to press the green button to send a message but that page never appears.
UPDATE: The money was indeed returned. Got in touch with customer support to understand the problem, offered to sent IBAN proof of the bank account from where I tried to deposit and other data they might find necessary.
Told me it was all ok and could again deposit.
Same result, deposit received and rejected in the same minute. Complete waste of time, find somewhere else to put your money.
