Payment completed, but crypto still not received
I made a crypto purchase and completed the KYC process successfully. I also completed the payment, but Ramp did not send the crypto.
Instead, I was told that I now have to wait up to 24 hours. If you expect to have access to your funds instantly, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
What makes the situation even worse is that they also refuse to cancel the order because the payment has already been completed. So I am basically forced to wait without either receiving the crypto immediately or being able to cancel the transaction.
I received the funds after few hours.
Very disappointing experience.

Ramp Network is fraudulent, don’t trust them!
Ramp Network has stolen my crypto and will not return my funds. I purchased close to $600 in ETH since May (late September now) and Ramp network will not allow me to withdraw to another wallet or sell the crypto or withdraw back to my bank account. They have cancelled over 40 attempts and customer service doesn’t assist. Now they have disabled my account and still holds my money hostage. Fraudulent company.

Please note that if you are referring to your assets in RAMP Wallet, its a fully non-custodial wallet, which means that account status does not have any impacts on your assets as the assets remain in your full control and you can freely send/receive your assets or import your RAMP wallet to any other wallet app.
So, this whole time Sir, your funds remain in your control.
Please go to your RAMP wallet app (can be confirmed through explorers) and use the funds as you would intend to.
