Missing £150 GBP transfer from Revolut - stuck on automated chat loop accidentally made a direct bank transfer of £150.00 from my Revolut account to Ramp Swaps Limited on 3 August 2026 without an active crypto buy order. I have uploaded my Revolut PDF transfer receipt to the chat widget, but it has been stuck on an automated "AI Agent" loop with no support ticket number generated. The reference number printed on my official bank statement from revolut bank for this specific transfer is 51785540. Please have a human compliance agent pull this transfer and refund the £150 back to my Revolut account.

Waiting for over two days for a cryptocurrency order that should have been delivered almost instantly is completely unacceptable. It makes a bad situation so much worse when you email support to find out where your funds are, only to be met with absolute silence from their team. Getting completely ghosted after spending your money leaves you feeling helpless and forces you to avoid the platform entirely in the future.
