Still difficult to know how to make a payment to another entity or get currency back out of the system. Reasonably easy to make transactions within the Ramp system itself. But working with external companies seems more difficult.

Expensive fees, insane verification tactics that refuse neo-banks, and just a ton of hoops to jump through to buy 15$ worth of crypto. And I say this lightly, almost all the other ones suck too.

This is a scam. You try to cancel or ask for help canceling, but it doesn't say where or when.
My son made this purchase, and I only found out about it because of a notification from the bank.
There’s no button to request a refund. I’m trying to cancel the transaction so I don’t lose the money, and I feel frustrated, exhausted, and fed up with these scams.
And I don’t need your messages saying “sorry, because they won’t help at all—just a measly ‘I’m sorry.’” You should optimize this app to prevent these kinds of transactions.
