Needed a large waterproof hold-all and this is perfect. Prompt delivery, no hassle. It is a big bag but exactly what I was after.

Ordered, no information received with regards to tracking, had to email then call after no response working 3 days. Got told they didn’t have the colour ordered, agreed to have another colour but would now be delivered after my son’s birthday! Really poor communication from this company, no offer to compensate for the poor service and late delivery.

rubbish. Ordered a rebound net and bag, took over three weeks and had to chase several times. Ended up eventually getting half the order and a refund on missing item (not a refund on delivery which would have been a nice goodwill gesture under the circumstances). won't use again.

I would like this opportunity to highlight great customer service.
I ordered some rugby balls which were delivered by Amazon but delivered to the wrong address.
I spoke to Martin on Friday afternoon who told me he would look into it and get back to me. Within the hour, he phoned me and said that he will arrange for a replacement order to be sent out.
This order arrived on Sunday!!
Thanks Martin, I will certainly be a returning customer and recommend Ram to my rugby world.

Ram are very helpful when buying tailor made kit and if buying from stock delivery is very quick. Easy to work with. Great prices and customer service to back it up.

Brilliant service from order through to delivery from RAM.

We have now had two orders of the RAM Rugby 16" Custom Pitch Bundle. From the order process through to delivery the experience was brilliant. Very smooth design confirmation which gave me confidence that we would get exactly what we wanted. Quality of the product and design is very good - protectors look great and do the job well. There was quite a bit of back and forth over the orders, mainly because it took our club a while to confirm the payment but James was very patient and kept good track of our orders.
I was delighted that the delivery came with notice so that I could get to the club to receive the delivery.
All in all brilliant. Thank you RAM and James

As a rugby rookie, I found everything I needed at this store – helpful staff and a great selection of beginner-friendly gear.

We have had a long relationship with our Account Manager, Richard. He has always been accommodating and the whole team are professional and friendly. RAM's products are good quality and at a reasonable price point - they are our go to for all our rugby equipment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend other clubs to source their kit from them.

Dealt primarily with Shayne and Kate, service was exceptional and communication fantastic throughout. The quality of the balls is brilliant too. Compared to other balls that we have bought for our mini and junior sections, the grip on these balls is far superior and has lasted a lot longer than others bought. Will definitely be buying again.

I received 2 football strips as part of signing up to Sports 4 Kids so only paid £5 delivery charge for each strip. When the strips arrive my 3 year old and 6 year tried them on but both complained they were uncomfortable. After checking the tops, I found a strip of scratchy material badly sewn into the back of the neck area. There is no way my children could comfortably wear the tops. I have emailed the company twice to notify them of the issue with their tops but they do not respond.
