My pj pants arrived after who knows how long, but they are the worst quality imaginable. just polyester on polyester. underwhelming.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RANBOO.FASHION WEBSITE. It is a SCAM! They take your money and never send your order and they will not provide you a refund.

I pre-ordered the necklace from the very first launch back in September 2021, near the end of December that same year I got the confirmation email that the product has been shipped. In February 2022 I wrote to support, asking what was happening with my order since the tracking number showed the package stuck in transit. All I got as a reply was that my package was on the way and that I should wait, so wait I did. I completely forgot about the order until recently. Now in January 2023, support has completely shut down and my order still hasn’t arrived. I am beyond disappointed.

Very very very very disappointed to tell the least! Do not buy from this web site it is a scam… I live in Melbourne Victoria Australia for my disappointment ordering a plushy for my 11 year old has me writing this review paid for one that never arrived after several emails (ignored) sent to ranboo nothing ever happened. Sad, that people ran business like this

If I could give it 0 I would. It's honestly pathetic. I ordered a jacket, it came in late, when I opened it in excitement, pure disappointment was the only expression I had. I paid over $40 for a jacket that wasn't even good quality, and had blurred print on it. When I emailed them about the problem, I was told they will look into it, when I emailed them about a refund they haven't gotten back to me. So not only did I wait long, get bad merch,spend $40 on something I didn't want, I was left in the dark about what was going on. Don't recommend shopping here, not even if it's for 1 penny.

I would give this 0 stars if I could . Absolute shambles . I ordered a jacket way back in October for my daughters Christmas present . Still not here in March. Terri le service. No reply to emails . Doubt it will ever come and will never order from this site again . Disgusting service and 100 quid lost

Finally received a hooded sweatshirt after months of waiting. The quality is really poor, shiny polyester with a blurred print, asked for a refund but they said no as not faulty. AVOID, such a shame as Ranboo seems like a sound guy but obvs is more interested in making quick money than providing a decent quality product at a fair price to his fans.

Email to Ranboo until now my Items have not arrived.
Order Number RANBOO***** is incorrect.
We pre-Order on the 8th of September 2021.
They Sent back 1 confirmed order with the 2 items we required, it is now 15 February & our 2 Items have still not arrived.
This may be the 3rd if not 4th time I have sent an Email to them, with NO reply.
A Con artist company.
I agree with some of the comments that say Ranbooshop must be paying these people to lie about receiving their shipments.

September ordered, as of 2/6 nothing. I understand the process, but customer service goes a long way when the wait time is so long, keep your clients updated so there's no disappointment. Follow up, update and provide good customer service.

If you have the patience to wait several months (we pre-orded in september and received the order in februari) you will be positively surprised. Good qualty and nice stuff.

Do not buy from this shop. I placed a Christmas gift order on November 13th. I just got it today January 31st after tons of unanswered emails. I ordered a winter beanie. Today I received a GIGANTIC beanie that doesn’t fit anyone in our house and it’s even more lightweight than regular tshirt material. It’s garbage. After Christmas when the gift hadn’t arrived I showed my daughter what I had ordered for her. She said “Oh, that’s not his shop”. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Worst online transaction ever!

I ordered a hoodie in September to give my daughter for Christmas. It just arrived today 1/27/22. So I guess it’s now a valentines gift. What A let down though. I’m now seeing reviews saying the same. I will never order from them again. They need to get it together and get organized.

I was really nervous ordering from this website in September 2021 but my daughter wanted the varsity jacket SO BAD I thought we'd give it a go. It was clearly explained that it was a pre-order and wouldn't be shipped until December so we knew we were in for a wait.
Anyway.... an email was received December 30th with tracking number and the product arrived today 25th Jan (Australia).
The jacket seems to be good quality & my daughter is so very happy.

Daughter still waiting 90 odd pound order.. All had back automatic email and ordered in September 2021! Do not use!

The reports about ordering in September and not receiving any part of the order is real. In September I ordered EVERYTHING that was on sale in the store and I have not received any part of the order yet. The customer service and communication is horrible. If you have a positive review for this, you are being paid to say it.

I ordered a hoody last September (2021) and still have not received it, it's now Jan 2022. When I contacted them initally I got replies giving various flimsy excuses, but in the last month when I tried to contact them I only got automated replies. So now I am out of pocket by $77 and no hoody. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The product came in but the material of the limited time jacket was HORRIBLE. By the time I received it (Christmas present) the return time had already expired. It was fine the first few wears but after a few days it had lint and wouldn’t wash out. Wish I could refund.

RANBOO DOES NOT ALLOW FANS TO SELL THEIR OWN MERCH. HE DOESNT WANT UNOFFICAL MERCH BEING SOLD! I FOUND THIS OUT AFTER BUYING AND RECEIVING SO DO NOT BUY HERE! RANBOO WILL PROBABLY BE RESELLING ITEMS SO WAIT FOR IT AND DONT BUY UNOFFICAL!

So I've seen a lot of negative reviews on here and some of them are just sort of stupid. First off most item were for a limited time so people claiming to bug things like the jacket in December were not on the real website. Ranboo himself also announced that the products would ship in December since they hadn't been made yet. I made three separate purchases to places all over the country so far one has been delivered and another one will be delivered tomorrow. When I contacted the company for help they were super nice and helpful. My only complaint is a long wait but I knew that would happen due to the amount of orders they had to fill, the time to make the merch, COVID shipping issues, and the holiday rush. I would but from this company again and don't see why their are so many negative reviews!

SCAM!! Don’t order from this shop. You will never get your product. My daughter ordered several items on September 4, 2021 and it still has not even shipped, and it’s December 30, 2021 today. Almost 4 months and it hasn’t even shipped! This is theft. When we contacted them about this, all they do is give excuses and false promises. Save yourself money and hassle and avoid this scam.
