Reliable and helpful staff!
We ordered Halloween & Christmas themed candy from Randalls UK to France in October last year (2023) and it all went perfect! The candy had good expiration date, the kids loved it and we'll definitely buy online again in the future from this excellent site.

My brother ordered from you
My brother ordered from you, the items were broken and he was effectively told that ‘you have to break them to eat them’ what an attitude! Perhaps you’d like to receive a broken gift. I’ve looked at the review he left too and you claim just the packaging was damaged yet he told you the cookies were broken. I’m assuming you understand statutory rights? He even sent you a photo of the broken items! I’ll be making sure not to recommend you when you can’t even offer him a refund on broken items.

Hello Claire. Thanks for your follow up review from your brothers who purchased. The item he purchased wasn’t cookies, it was Schogetten chocolate which comes in individual pieces inside. The chocolate had vary minor damages to it’s packaging which had occurred in transit. This product was wrapped & packaged well. We definitely understand ‘statuary rights’ and this product was gift-able & edible. Apologise that it wasn’t in 100% perfect condition.

I ordered 30th November and parcel was…
I ordered 30th November and parcel was delivered 5th December. One of the freeze dried sweets had only 3 sweets in and was quite crushed. Never had a problem before

Great selection of overseas items
Randalls themselves were great. Despite not finding a phone number on their website a quick Google search located it and I rang and got the additional info I needed (no weight info against products). All the items were packed well including the crisps so arrived without being crushed.
However despite sending overnight for next day delivery by APC and getting various updates directly from APC they didn’t arrive and were a day late.

Good items, but not enough.
Items are nice, but not nearly enough included for the price IMO. I know import tax is expensive, but I would’ve expected a few more things in the box, especially because the box it arrives in is huge.

Unfortunately, imported Japanese products can be pricey but we try and be fair with our pricing and fill the gift box as much as we physically can.
Poor service from a company that doesn't care...
Item was damaged in post due to poor packaging and no replacement was offered. I was effectively told, "Oops... These things happen." As it was an edible item purchased as a gift, I wouldn't want to be given it myself, let alone give it to someone else. Needless to say, I will not be shopping with them again.

Luckily, your product wasn't actually damaged and it was just the packaging.
