I recently had my windows replaced by this company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation through to installation, the team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was completed.

We recently had Tommy from R and G Installations SW Ltd come out to provide us with a quote for new windows, and we were extremely impressed with the service he provided. Tommy was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable throughout the visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all.

The quote was left promptly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the company. We would highly recommend Tommy and R and G Installations SW Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and professional window company.

Friendly and reliable, nothing was to much trouble. Eye for detail was second to non. Would highly recommend R&G to family and friends. Really pleased with our new windows and doors. Thanks again to the team.

Tommy the salesman was super helpful, he was professional and friendly throughout. There was no pressuring from him or chasing afterwards, we were left to make a decision in our own time.

Seemed like a good family business but appears now betraying that reputation.

Took a deposit, after many months of delay despite frequent chasing, no proactive communication and no timeline for installation, they are now ignoring all attempts at communication to have the deposit returned.

Friendly staff and great experience all around. Did the work quickly and to a great standard. Would defo come back to these guys for other projects and would recommend.

Fantastic service, measuring up and quoting a good price.
They were very patient with us while we waited for probate which was delayed.
After paying for the windows, they were quick to put them on order and delivery was made in good time.
Fitting was done well and to a high standard.
I would highly recommend this local family firm.

Built a small sun room/conservatory for us. Designed exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price; started work when they said they would and finished quickly. A really nice bunch of guys who place great importance on doing a quality job. We have no hesitation in recommending them. Superb job.

The firm came recommended by someone with extensive exposure to trades people & they did an excellent job. Tommy the lead sales person was patient & provided exacting details & delivery. There were a couple of issues which were amicably resolved. I was looking for quality & reliability & a reasonable price consider we found it. I would revert to them again for additional work.

I've just had my windows replaced and am very pleased with them. It's nice to have gone with a family run business. From start to finish it was so stress free. The lads that fitted the windows were very respectful. I would definitely use them again

We had our house cladded, new windows, new door and new guttering.
Competitively priced, as with everting - a few snags near the end that were rectified in a timely fashion and a great job done all round.
Took a little longer than expected with a delay in materials but communicated throughout the process.
Good workforce, friendly manner and really happy. We have priced up some more work through this company that we will be pursuing soon.
Defo recommend.

We are really happy with our newly converted conservatory, it's now a usable space in our house. The guys who installed the conservatory were really quick and efficient (and importantly, clean & tidy!). They even installed the light fitting for us which was really kind of them. Would recommend.

R & G are a super family friendly local business. They are trustworthy, efficient and competitive and I have returned to use them recently for my replacement sash windows which are beautiful.

R&G Installations are a friendly, trustworthy, family run company who offer good work at a reasonable price. And when things go wrong, or there is snagging to do (and there always is on any project) they do their best to fix the problem, even if it's a problem not of their making. They also communicated throughout and let me know of any manufacturers delays so we could plan. Thanks R&G!

We’d had a few bad experiences with sales people and cowboy tradesmen in the past so was very nervous going into this process but the whole team at R&G were incredible!! Tommy the salesman was super friendly…he came out gave me a quote quickly and was professional and friendly throughout and I felt no pressure at any point which was a relief. There was no pressuring or annoying chasing afterwards either we were left to make a decision in our own time!
The installers did an amazing and clean job…the windows look fantastic and have made a vast difference to our living already. So nice to have no draughts! They were quick,, friendly,, efficient and cleaned up after themselves lovely!
The communication is amazing from them too…any questions or queries they normally respond and resolve within hours! Big shout out to Steve too as he’s answered my 10000 questions quickly every time and maintaining friendliness throughout even though I was probably annoying the life out of him!
So honestly words can’t explain how good this company is but I would recommend them to anyone!!

Just had a composite door fitted by R&G installations and from start to finish to finish the service was great. Very friendly guys and respected our property at all times . Had an issue with a slight discoloration on the door frame but was promptly sorted . Very happy customer and would recommend to friends and family
