1st time they only sent 10 of what i ordered so i called to rectify thier mistake, 2nd time they come so called again and was rudly told WELL ILL HAVE TO SEND THEM AGAIN WONT I. Havent had problems since. However saying that their customer/people skills leave alot to be desired. They are very rude and make you not want to call them if you are having problem.

NOTE TO STAFF: if you dont like your job of talking to people then quit. As your doing a pretty damned good job at intimidating people and thats the only good thing you are good at. You are in the wrong job...

I transfer the money bur my order never come.i write 3 EMails ,no Answer !!! That was on the21.2.16 and i become nothing.The next time i can burn my money,but never order on Rapidchems again

They will take your money ,and you receive nothing.Payment was sent after 10 days was still not shipped.Then they tell it was shipped.
Never received my order Will not answer emails.You are taking a huge risk ordering from rapid chems

This company is taking payments for orders,then you cannot log into your account,they will not answer e-mails and when you ring them,you get a answerphone message which you cannot leave a message as it says there is no more room left to leave a message...i made a payment on the 11th march and have heard nothing back from them and cannot log into my account,yet they sent me today a special offer e-mail...Looks like they are milking it for all they can get before the new laws that come into force in April.

These guys at Rapidchems know customer service, quality and are very professional. They have livechat which is hard to find with any company out there. Free samples, offers and special deals are always available, this however does not impact on the quality of the product like so many others. Their products are always the highest grade available anywhere. Trusted! Very fast, discreet delivery! Amazing products!
