Customer service doesn't exist
Customer service doesn't exist. No answer to the email, phone number on their website not connecting. I ordered 5 rapid covid tests on Saturday. It is Wednesday today, and tests haven't arrived. They are advertising themselves that they are delivering within 24 hours. I paid £4.95 for next day delivery. I am aware that it is for weekdays only but surely, the tests should have been with me yesterday the latest.
There is another company, with a slightly different website name. The only difference is that this one is rapidflowflextest.co.uk the other one ending in ".com". I think people are confusing the two and left reviews for this company under the other ones profile.
It is unacceptable that they have you paid for next day delivery and they do not care afterwards.
