Rapid Response have just installed a new boiler in my apartment. Chandan, the owner, was really helpful in suggesting the right type of boiler - and the rate he proposed was very reasonable. The installer, GP, was friendly and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with! The boiler works perfectly and the heating feels great now. Recommended!

Altogether a pleasant and efficient experience. A new part took some finding but they took the trouble to find search it out. The company attended promptly and checked their workmanship twice on the phone and in person. Very impressed.

This is a fantastic company. An engineer came out within 2 hours of my call out, on a Sunday evening, to fix my boiler. The engineer had the required part in his van and was able to complete the work very quickly with obvious expertise. Recommend extremely highly.

We found one of the pipes under the sink leaking and called a few numbers before coming across Rapid Response. They were the first to give a straight forward answer to “what’s the call out charge” and “how quickly can someone attend”
Not only were they available on the bank holiday weekend, they arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.

Delighted with the service I received relating to Worcester Bosch heating system. I was very impressed with the quality and focus the engineer gave to the job. I was also impressed with the focus on fast and positive response by the company.

A big thanks to Fran for fitting my new Worscter Bosh boiler today. He arrived at 8am and worked tirelessly without a break until the job was completed at 3pm, taking down the old boiler and refitting the new one on the other side of the kitchen wall. He cleaned up after himself and took the old boiler away . Thanks very much Fran, great job .

Highly recommended - boiler started leaking at 5pm, these guys were here first thing the following morning with everything sorted in an hour. Really thorough, very friendly. I was very impressed.

We called Chad for a repair on our 15 year old boiler and he recommended we upgrade to a new one as a more cost effective solution. He provided a competitive quote and had the new boiler installed a couple of days later very efficiently, without issues. High quality and very efficient.

Chandan got back to me quickly. Didn’t patronise me. Gave good honest advice. Diagnosed a fault quickly that others had missed and provided me with a robust and cost effective solution.
What looked like an expensive boiler fault turned out to be a low cost timer fault. Now the timer is replaced I can enjoy a nice warm Xmas without having broken the bank.

A few years ago we had a problem with our boiler and called Rapid Response.
They sorted out the problem very quickly and we have continued to use them to service the boiler since. They have always been on time and carried out any work thoroughly and quickly. Any work carried out was clearly explained to us beforehand.

We have recived an e mail from Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating saying Hydrus was in administration and the new company will not honour the extended warranty on our boiler , Also the payments we have made for an annual boiler service are gone. RAPID RESPONSE WERE FORMED ON 14-8-23 AND THE DIRECTOR IS BEN THOMPSON THE SAME DIRECTOR AS HYDRUS.STAY CLEAR OF BOTH COMPANIES

This is a really good company. Job was to replace a Worcester Bosch flue which had started leaking. Rapid Response have all the necessary accreditation. Chad called me back within minutes, quoted fairly and booked the job in immediately. Communication throughout was very good. On the day itself, the team arrived on time. They were totally polite and professional, talked me through everything, answered questions, double-checked everything for safety, left the area clean and tidy. I am very happy to have found Rapid Response and will definitely book them again for anything heating or plumbing related. It's so reassuring to find a company which does everything right.
