my walker came in one day not three great. had a bit of trouble putting it together but we worked it out and i love it , it give me more freedom as i only used a walking stick and less pain thank you.

Delivery was good, one day earlier then first forecast.
the packaging was impressive and all the parts were fine. The assembly was well described in the easy-to- follow leaflet and presented no difficulties. No tools were required which was a bonus. It is sturdy and a good fit, although I have all adjustments at maximum, I am 173 cm tall.
I needed to watch a couple of You-Tube videos before I could use the walker comfortably.

Swift dispatch and delivery, a very positive interaction with this company.

There is nothing rapid about this company. They only offer Rapid Dispatch not Rapid delivery. The item may be dispatched quickly but it just sits there waiting for a courier or Aus post to come and collect it. So what's the point? Even the tracking shows that it has been dispatched but not indicating when it is actually going to be collected (after you order it). I found this to be very misleading. There is nothing "Rapid" for it is not been collected rapidly. Then, they don't answer the phone. They only send text messages late in the day so it is too late to go and buy the item if you need it urgently. I couldn't cancel the item once I found out that it wasn't going to be delivered "Rapidly" only dispatched Rapidly. I think this is very Misleading. I rarely give a company a bad review but I feel so mislead and when I tried to contact them, they don't answer the phone, or they send a message so late in the day it's too late.

It arrived before I was expecting it and was very pleased with the service thank you.

Great Product, perfect for my shower space, very competitive price. Bought the first one, then decided to buy a second one as a bathroom stool, but... out of stock.
"What can we do help?" the Bot said, "Contact Us" the Bot said. So I asked when the product would be back in stock - no response from Bot or anyone else.
I kept checking the website myself and eventually it was back in stock so I ordered it.
I wanted it to arrive before I went into hospital but the estimated delivery was the week after - a bit disappointed, but not the end of the world.
But the despatch and delivery team came good and the item arrived in good condition 3 days before my hospital admission, so i could start using it straight away.
Very happy with the outcome.

I am really impressed with Rapid Medical Supplies. The time from ordering and receiving was good. The communication was acceptable and the price was great.

Staff well informed on product, demonstrated functions of machine. I have been using Inogen Rove 6 and is an amazing peace of machinery, my oxygen sats sit around 90% after 5 minutes increase to 96% with setting on 3.
Pricing of product was one of the cheapest I could find online, including the bundle I purchased.
Can’t comment on delivery as I drove to the Yatala depot from Brisbane.

Very friendly down-to-earth service when I placed the order; very fast delivery; clear instructions on how to 'get started'. The lightweight electric wheelchair is exactly as described: it is easy to lift into the car, very user-friendly; my wife loves it! and it looks great.

Winge: Would prefer the backpack rather than the sling bag. So bought that separately.
