We bought a Let’s Fly lightweight mobility Rollator from Rapid Medical supplies in May 2025. It was great until it started to play up. I did not get a great response from Rapid initially about getting it fixed, it was still under warranty. But they came good in a big way sending us 2 new wheels and two new bearings allowing us to have it fixed and we are very pleased with their response.

The service was very good and quick delivery helpful with ordering. The Spacelite 4.5 is very comfortable looks good it's red and it goes faster. JP

I recently purchased the Comfortlite Folding Transit Wheelchair from Rapid Medical Supplies to assist in the transportation of my elderly father. The website was very user friendly and attractive which played a significant role in deciding to purchase from this company. My hunch was right, the wheelchair arrived very quickly and looked and felt every bit worth the amount and more that I paid for it. The wheelchair has been used and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. All round great experience, buy with confidence from these guys, you won't regret it one bit. I felt before purchasing that this company was the real deal and I was proven correct.

Except the battery led indicator doesn't show full even after being fully charged.

My 88yr old father travels by bus to the local shopping centre and is very pleased with how versatile, yet lightweight and stable it is. It manoeuvres easily around the house and over grass. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this walker for any one that uses a walker on a daily basis. Very fast delivery without any issues. This is the second Item I have bought from RMS. My go to store for future needs.

I was kept up to date with the delivery especially as it was over the Xmas period. They were easy to deal with and great value for money.

If I could give zero star I would.
I Paid $3499 for a portable oxygen concentrator for my daughter. I tried to cancel soon after as my daughter's illness rapidly worsened and it was clear she would never use the machine. I contacted the company before dispatch but the absolute no cancellation policy applies even if you have never seen that policy. I have offered a $500 compensation for any costs the cancellation might have caused with no response, The company now ignores all communication even after I advised them that my daughter had died before the product was delivered. The $3,499 machine is still unopened in its delivery carton.
Their only response has been to thank me for reaching out to them and "we do our best to assist our customers" .
It would be funny in sick way, but a few days later Rapid Medical Supplies sent me a little questionnaire stressing their care for their customers and service and asking me for ways that they might improve. Are these real people?
I told them exactly what I thought. DO NOT deal with this company. Their attitude to customers is poisonous.

Ordered Wed afternoon.
Arrived to a small country town, early Friday morning. The wheels have been great for getting around. Light and easy to lift/carry.

It was the night before Christmas (nearly) and all through the house (and medical supply chain) not a creature was stirring not even a mouse (or persons working in the industry) !

Well that might be a tiny exaggeration; but only a tiny bit.

My faithful E Traveller 180 Flex that I bought a mere two years ago gave up on my punishing expectations of it just a few days before Christmas 2025 and the worst of it was that the last one on the floor had been sold by Rapid Medical Supplies the day before I rang them.

But - Rapid Medical Supplies delivered a Christmas miracle!

Not only did I get a better price than 2 years ago and a newer model (Ergo), I had 4 legs (wheels are my legs) again within 6 days.

Shane at Rapid Medical Supplies (aptly named for sure) at Yatala (on the way to Gold Coast) has my heartfelt thanks: and I live on the Sunshine Coast Qld.
