Spend elsewhere - Shop where they accept returns
My disabled husband has now purchased 2 walkers from Rapid Medical Supplies, yes ordering is easy and delivery is fast But there is absolutely no customer service. I called and asked if he could go and trial the 2nd one as the first was not suitable ( we tried it for too long) but they are only on line so he ordered and it’s quite unsafe for his needs which we realized as soon as he used it. THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS, which is wrong and very unreasonable. Especially given their market is for disabled people, take your money elsewhere.

The product is excellent. The mobile wheelie is light and fits in the car boot well when travelling with an elderly person. It is a sturdy product. Highly recommend!

The product is as advertised
The product is as advertised, folds easily and the colour is great (purple), my favourite. The only drawback is my lack of confidence in using the machine, I need L plates as I find the joystick too sensitive and hard to control. No doubt I will get the hang of it eventually and will enjoy getting out and about

The rollator walker is just what I need it's easy to fold and store. The brakes are smooth and strong. It is easy to use over many surfaces such as grass bark ass well as the usual pavements.
