Easy and fast from initial phone call with the team was very useful offered heaps of information, website was easy to use and place the order .

The delivery did not go as planned

The delivery did not go as planned, StarTrak was not good at documenting the progression of the package. All good though the goods arrived just 1 day late.
The rollator/walker looks and operates great so far. Looks robust and able to offer good long service.
