Great effort rapid very well trusted staff to get the job done asap I ordered a eclipse 5 concentrator with Battery back up I have severe copd and this machine will give me the added support i need for travelling and be more versatile priority was a must and i was totally surprised but the delivery turnaround and not a mark on the box handled with the utmost care

Prices are very competitive, but the main attraction was the same day despatch. The process was very smooth and quick to send me tracking details. Being regional victoria and unable to drive, it was a great prospect to be able to have a new walker delivered to me quicker than I would have been able to organise myself. I wanted the lightest one available and I could only find the same clunky heavy kind that didn’t fold up easily, which made lifting it up gutters and trying to fit into taxi's a hassle. Thank you.

Great quality product and value for money. Wanted this step for in front of toilet in a small toilet space rather than chair commode over the toilet where he needed rails for balance & support, but as there are others using that toilet, it can be easily moved to the side rather than taking a whole chair out of the room
