Rapid Response Heating, first Class from start to finish!
I’ve had bad experiences with Wakeman, which made me very nervous, Andy, the sales rep talked me through every step. He was very polite and courteous. I have a rental property managed by a company but I decided to go with rapid response heating (best decision). They also have a payment plan of £8 a month for a full service and gas safety certificate which I think is very reasonable. The after-care is superb! Jill in the office is a real ASSET to the company. Nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you Rapid Response Heating putting my trust back in workmen.

A first class job from start to finish
The whole process of buying our new boiler was excellent. The rep, Andy worked with us to get the best value for money, and then arranged a suitable installation date {which we changed with no problem}. The night before the installation, the engineer, Fran, called to make arrangements. He was very thorough and explained how everything would work. On the day of installation, Fran arrived on time and started work immediately. He made sure we had plenty of water for drinks etc before switching off at the mains. He worked very efficiently and completed the work within 6½ hours. He left us with a neat job site, no mess for us to clean, hot water and central heating! He also left us with an explanation of how the system works, booklets for reference and contact details should there be any issues. We could not be happier with Fran's work! Within an hour, Jill from the head office called to confirm everything was completed satisfactorily and to collect the balance of payment. All in all, the whole process went very smoothly and we would have no problem recommending Rapid Response to our friends or family. A first class job from start to finish!

First class service
I chose Rapid response to install a new gas boiler, and they were professional throughout. Liam, the young man who first came to discuss it with me, explained what was needed in terms I could understand. Fran came to fit the boiler, and I was very pleased with his work, and that he cleaned up afterwards. Gill in the office was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Kept up to date via text before and on day of service. Even received a call 15 mins before the engineer arrived. Boiler not fixable on day but they sorted out the part and the next appointment (2 days) for problem to be rectified.

I've had full central heating system installed. Ben came out with a couple of other guys and they completed the job in a day. Ben is the owner and he's lovely guy, very helpful. The price was very reso able as I had shopped around. Good job!

A good family firm they fitted my boiler and advised me before fitting it and advised me after it was fitted ,I got a good deal and signed up for the boiler care plan they offer with one years free servicing .I am very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone in the North of England.

We had a new boiler fitted by Rapid Response
Our boiler was fitted by Rapid Response.Liam came on a home visit and explained the type of boiler that would be ideal for our family home and Jae and Ben fitted boiler. The job was neat and they left the place clean. I would definitely recommend Rapid Response to anyone as I found that they were punctual and explained everything at the start of the job.

Never having needed a replacement boiler before, I really was most impressed by all my dealings with Rapid Response Heating.
From Liam who came for the initial assessment & was so pleasant & informative, through to my dealings with the lovely admin staff, I couldn’t have been more pleased.
The engineers who did the work were outstanding. They cleared away the old boiler & cleaned up afterwards, too. Being wary about the new controls, they gave me a clear demonstration of how best to use it for my own requirements & the whole process was completed in under 5hrs, which I’d not expected.
For anyone looking to replace their boiler, I would highly recommend using Rapid Response - fully deserving of 5*. Thanks.

Boiler swap
After some Boiler problems I contacted Liam at Rapid Response and it was just that, rapid response. Came to the house same day and investigated then issued a very competitive quote to have the boiler replaced. Next day his colleague was there to install so about 23 hours from first contact to job done. Very clean job, competent engineers. I recommend them very highly. Thanks to Liam and his team.
