We would recommend Rapid Response Heating to anyone looking for a new boiler. Liam was our first point of contact, he came to our house the following day and explained our options fully then sent competitive quotes a few hours later. I rang him a few times with questions and he was more than willing to help. We had the boiler fitted the following week by John and Jay. They worked as a team throughout the day….they were prompt, friendly and professional. Carpets were covered throughout the house which meant there was very little cleaning needed when the job was complete.
After a long working day they took the time to explain the operating instructions, which was very much appreciated. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Thanks all.

When he arrived he was very polite and got straight to work. I raised a concern regarding the exterior wall showing signs of damp around the expansion pipe overflow which he addressed immediately.
