found my new goto boiler experts
My 12 year old Vaillant needed new time switch so had a full service. I asked if it was time for a replacement. RR explained boiler had lost some efficiency but OK for now. So I decided to get it replaced now anyway which they did few days later. Then an old leak reappeared. RR came round next day, did full investigation and found the cause. An old plastic pipe in an awkward space in the ceiling cavity between bathroom and kitchen had split. RR replaced it and no more drips. RR were very thorough, explained everything they were doing. They cleared up and removed all debris. I will definitely use them for future boiler services.

Brilliant first class service
Great service once again from this team. Easy to arrange service, arrived punctually and had updates for arrival time.
When the engineer arrived he was friendly and explained everything. Even diagnosed a fault and went the extra mile to solve it and no extra charge.
Just brilliant first class service. Well done and thanks.

Trust where the company
From the engineers to the office staff all very helpful nothing is too much trouble.
Rapid Response replaced a BOILER and servicing at a very competitive price, which is why I will always use them.
My daughter also had her radiator replaced by Rapid Response once again a very good high standard job can’t recommend them enough

Service as it should be, thanks John and Jay
First of all the engineers,John and Jay , arrived when they said they would, on time ⭐️
John explained that a little more work was required to validate the guarantee ⭐️ he could have replaced one for one sited as previous.
Jay was employed doing the go for jobs whilst John carried on with the more technical aspects ⭐️ neither one was sat doing the square root of bugger all , they used the time productively ⭐️
They were polite , cheerful and helpful in explaining the operation and care of the boiler and answered all my questions with easy to understand answers and demonstrated the controls that I could operate without needing an engineer in attendance ⭐️
Thanks to both of you . See you at the first service!😃

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Their behaviour is completely unprofessional and misleading. Instead of providing honest advice or helping you find the right product, they push outdated stock they're clearly desperate to get rid of — all while pretending it’s a top-of-the-line solution.
There is zero transparency, no real consultation, and certainly no regard for customer service. It feels like their only goal is to offload old inventory, not to meet the customer's needs.
If you’re expecting integrity, expert guidance, or even basic professionalism — look elsewhere. This is not a company you can trust.
