⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience
Extremely disappointed with RapidScooter. I contacted them within 30 days of purchasing my e-bike because I wanted to return it, but they refused because the bike had covered some mileage.
Since then, I have barely used the bike and the mileage is still almost the same. I paid around £1,500 including insurance, and now, because I’m moving house, I even offered to sell it back to them for much less than I originally paid. Still, I was given no meaningful help.
I feel they were happy to take my money but showed very little understanding or flexibility when I genuinely needed assistance. Based on my experience, their after-sales customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I would personally not recommend RapidScooter, especially if after-sales support and flexibility are important to you.

We're sorry you're unhappy with the outcome. Our 30-day policy covers change-of-mind returns on bikes in as-new condition with only minimal test mileage. Your bike had covered more than 25 miles and had no fault, so it fell outside those terms.
We did offer an alternative: bringing the bike to one of our branches so a manager could assess a possible buy-back, given the purchase was around four months ago just to add. That offer was met with profanity and abuse towards our staff by email, which is why matters progressed no further. We take our team's welfare seriously.
Despite the tone of your last email, that offer still stands. We'd ask you to note that it is made purely as a gesture of goodwill and is not something you are entitled to under our terms or your purchase. If you'd like to take it up on a respectful basis, please contact us at info@rapidscooter.co.uk.
