After I came home and found that i had been burgled the police called this company, as I could not board up a bi fold door at 2am in the morning. within half an our the tradesman from this company called Turk attended. Wow, he was so understanding, profession and helpful. he boarded up the door and the glazing company said that he did a great job and did not drill into the door. so it was only the glass that needed replacing and the door its self was not damaged. job well done

Following a break-in, I contacted this company during the night. They arrived within approximately one hour and secured the window promptly. The technician was polite and professional throughout. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Some windows were broken on our property we rent out. The police called these out to come and board the windows and left us with a near on £500 bill. The tenant were at home so not a vacant property. When you call them about it they just threaten you with court and a ccj. They see some people as an easy target

Came out late in the evening after a burglary.
The police made contact and arranged the visit. I was very glad and relieved that the window was secured.

Total scam. The police get them to come and secure your door without asking if you want it when you are not thinking straight right after the incident then this company charges you £300 for a bit of chipboard you could easily do yourself at a much lower price which considering you have a door to pay to be fixed is pretty salient. Avoid at all costs!!

The police should not use this Company. They did not make my house secure. It was broken into while I was abroad. The police came and they called in Rapid Secure to board up the broken door. On my return I found a few boards screwed to the broken door from the OUTSIDE. That means anyone with a screwdriver had a key to my house. It took me 2 minutes to open the door. It then took me about an hour to make the property proper secure by putting up more boards screwed through the door frame from the INSIDE, with many more screws.

First time using rapid response. Very quick in coming out, work done satisfactory overall pleased.

Didnt even ask them to secure my door, they come and do an awful job and then ask for money, how is this legal?

It is incredibly surprising that the police use this company when the quality of the work they do & the price they charge can only be described as totally criminal. Really dreadful cowboys. The police really should consider another firm to call upon.
It’s unfortunate that no-one will read these reviews until they have had the same experience.

Arrived in very good time, measured, cut and fitted board for patio door efficiently and had good quality workmanship. Door is now secure.

Sadly, I have needed to call this company out 3 times to the property of a late relative, after repeated break-ins by those who have no compunction in robbing the dead.
On each occasion the operatives were kind & helpful & secured the house as best as they could taking great care.
My only caveat is that this process is expensive, apparently because of the 24-hour call-out element involved. I don't know what people who cannot afford the service do.
