Outdated Apps and Slow Performance
1. Outdated versions.
2. If you argue with them, they tell you to purchase a higher tier so you can update the apps!
3. Their seedbox takes time to read/check the files.
4. Not worth the subscription.
In 2023, they told me, "We'll refer your suggestions to the tech team!" Guess what? It’s the end of 2024, and they're still using the same outdated apps.

Running a VPS and there are lots of apps and packages that can be installed out of the box. All of it is easy to do and manage. All for a great price point!

Must say I have never looked back, the customer support and response times are A++

Rarely Takes More than One Response from Support to Resolve Issue
To sum it up quickly - I've contacted Support with multiple questions over the last year or so having to do with different configurations on my seedbox.
I cannot remember a single time where the issue wasn't resolved within one or two responses from Seedbox Support. Efficient and friendly help.
