Great service as usual

I had two questions pre purchase and Andrew responded quickly and answered them both.
Post purchase I had an issue loading the new software. (It was me not the software) David was Patient and helpful and stayed with me until I got it sorted.

The support has been very correct

The support has been very correct, they have attended me very well in the problems of withdrawal of installed licenses and reinstallation on other machines, these are common problems in Windows, which I understand do not fall within their obligations, so thank you for using your resources as providers to which we do not have access. We hope you continue with this attitude with your customers.
