Excellent customer service. When contacted, Rapid Software gave me the access to MSOffice in advance pending the approval of transfer of funds from my bank (which normally takes place after 24 hours ) enabling me to complete an important document to send to an overseas office on the same day.

Be careful with this company, cheap is expensive, their licenses are reused and they stop working in days.

I bought a license and I needed to update my server and install it again, I asked for their authorization before this I followed their instructions and the license no longer works, they refused to continue the conversation or change the license.

This company is a fraud if you want to lose your money, hire here.

I have purchased software from Rapid a few times now. No problems whatsoever, apart from today ordeing Vista Ultimate for an old project computer. The key wasn't supplied within the 2 hours stated so, after about 2.5 Hrs, I messaged the Team using the chat application and was surprised to get someone after 8:30PM on Easter sunday. Not only that, they supplied a key with the whole process taking 35 mins or so. Now, I haven't applied the key yet, but going on the no-nonsense nature i've had with the site i just expect it to work. All my other software, from Server to workstation to office, has. I am just glad I found this site that has enabled me to buy licenced software without selling a kidney (Their prices have gone up within the last 2-3 months btw). I don't usually sing praises, as they're usually never deserved, but in this case with the service working and the prompt service received from Khurram ( I had his name supplied) I cannot recommend enough. AS IT STANDS. Caveat there. This review is point-in-time and is valid only whilst they continue to provide great service to ALL customers. If they keep it up, then they deserve wider recognition, simple-as, no question.

Great Legitimate Software at a Good Price!
I have purchased a few products from Rapid Software due to their unbelievably low prices. Sometimes low prices like this are too good to be true so research must be done to ensure you are going to get what you paid for. Rapid Software is listed on the Microsoft web site as a partner, so that encouraged me to buy from them. They respond to purchases fast and provide a legitimate working key within a very short time. Thank you.

I asked specifically if the software was NOT click to run, that it has a proper *.msi installer. I also said that I would get a refund if it was click to run.

I was assured (by someone who seemed to have absolutely no idea what they were talking about) that these have proper installers and are not Click-to-run.

Well, my MS Office installation is click to run. Because I had problems getting both Visio and Office to install as 64 bit, I had to install each of them 3 times, using up 3 of my 10 click-to-run installations.

A later customer service rep convinced me to suck it up and just accept that these are only click to run, and do not have *.msi installers.

Unable to install 365 contacted Joffre at rapid very helpful and excellent service step by step instructions.

I checked what was involved and Joffre told me what to do so far it seems ok I have paid and received all the emails I excepted I will now try and load the software.

Key missing for product ordered a few weeks ago
Problem quickly rectified

I bought a license for a "Standard edition" software which was "out of stock" under the assurance that I would have the product key within 2 hours.
Two days passed and they still didn't have the product key. After a quick chat with Sugato, he promptly gave me a free upgrade to a "Plus edition". Good reflexes Rapid!
