I received my certificate by email straight away, however my partner who submitted details at the same time never received an email or a text. We get to the airport and are turned away at the check in desk as we couldn't find the certificate. We had to buy another test at the airport for €30 and I re-filled in the forms on the Rapid Travel Tests website. The response came at 9:45, an email to myself and my partner along with a text. If this could be done so easily I don't understand why text and email confirmation to both myself and my partner wasn't sent initially. I would like to request a full refund as this service was inadequate and it forced me to pay more for an airport test which shouldn't have been necessary.

Tests delivered in 24hrs. Had a query and couldn't get through by phone (3 attempts each cut off after 42 mins waiting). However, email response was quick

Didn't inform me that DHL couldn't deliver on 24 hours yet took my money . No offer of refund . Never answered the phones ( 4 times kept waiting over 20 minutes ) .Poor service. buyer beware

This service could not be better. My test arrived to me the next day. After I performed the test I got the certificate in 20 mins. It really is the best I have found and I will continue to use them. The price is also competitive.

Excellent experience - the test arrived on time, all the instructions were extremely comprehensive and the result came back within the hour. Completely exceeded my expectations. It was my first test, so I was a bit anxious, but I needn’t have worried as the whole experience was stress free

Very efficient. Took test and uploaded results on a weekend evening and received certificate within minutes. Great service.

Really very poor. Ordered a test and paid for next day delivery. Test didn't show up. Tried calling 3 times - twice on hold for over half an hour then phone went dead, third time told someone would call me back. No one did. Then THREE tests (!) turned up a day late - too late for me to be able to use them. No reply to email requesting a refund. Appalling - avoid.

Received test kit fast. Certificate was sent to me within minutes even though I sent an email after 11pm! Highly recommend!

Cannot upload photo jpeg too big.. many calls to the contact centre, complete waste of over 2 hours of our time and more with additional emails.
Company, get your act together, your IT is lacking to say the least.
Support, helped, but continued to get name wrong, despite having a passport ID.
Support you sorted it in the end, few email exchanges.
Time would have been saved in both sides, ours enjoying what we can.
