Easy to book - I unfortunately needed to cancel and this was done with no hassle.

4 hours after submitting my test I’m still waiting for the confirmation that is promised within 30 minutes. I’ve been on hold on your phone line for over an hour in a queue and my call was cut off.

Took almost 3 hours to get my result during working hours despite the 60 minute promise. Waited for over an hour on the phone to try and have contact with someone. Is my call really important to you? It did not seem that way. Finally I then received an email with my certificate!

I brought a test with me that was recommended by Virgin, ellume, and 3 days before my flight back home the test failed. I was in a huge pickle and scrambled to find a test. My fiancé found this company via an ad and we bought it. Received next day delivery with a notification stating the hour it would be delivered. It was on time and easy to do. I was extremely nervous and called after 3 hours to see when the results email with the fit to fly form would be provided and the rep was very empathetic to my situation. She rushed my results form, and I was able to enjoy my last day of vacation knowing I’d be able to fly home with the documentation I needed. Please consider them for your testing needs. I did not receive any compensation or perks for this review. Buy confidently.

A little problem in sending an iPhone-taken photo which was considered too large! Had to then revert to the phone and was superbly looked after by Alise who took us through the process of sending the required information via email.

Absolutely 100% impressed with the service provided from start to finish, but especially with the support whilst completing the test. I called the helpline & spoke to the most amazing advisor who guided me through the process & also issued my certificate. I will definitely recommend this & will use again in future!

Let’s hope getting the certificate for travel is as easy as purchase?
