My test arrived on time but we have never received my partner's result with certificate. No chance to go through helpline, we almost missed the ferry to Netherlands and had to pay £75 for another test. Hugely disappointed, this has caused inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

It was a great experience. I was in a tight situation. I had the kits shipped to me in less than 24 hour as I was told. It was suppose to be 2 kits but they send one only. I called them and they were able to fix the situation, just in an hour from calling them i got the second kit. Did the tests, got the certificates and will be able to travel tomorrow. definitely they deserve five stars

I was so stupid to put in the wrong shipping address and didn’t realise that until I paid! I immediately sent an email to their customer service and Mr Brian at the company got back to me just couple minutes and told me he had made the amendments!

Received test kit quickly by post , once uploaded photo of results received test certificate within 30 minutes .

Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Going on holiday and had issues with another supplier not collecting the tests in time to get the results back in time. Ordered 3 tests from rapid travel test, got the shipping confirmation and tracking info straight away. Came the next day no issues, uploaded the tests, got certificate to fly back pretty much straight away. Customer service team replied back to my email within 5 minutes, re-sent one of the certificates. Will be using this company for everything travel wise moving forward! Couldn’t recommend enough!

I received my test but i have lost the QR code. I have emailed them and got no response. I called the number and gave up after 30 mins on hold. I have emailed again while on the phone. Good price, but if you need support, good luck!

Best value for money! Decided to give it a try as I needed a fit to travel certificate and they offered the best price. Got next day delivery and the certificate was ready in a few minutes. Would highly recommend it

Great customer service, quick certificate.

I booked a test for Blackpool this Saturday as going on holiday Sunday only to get a call on Thursday telling me they can’t for fill the appointment. They then offer me a virtual test and tell me il get all the info straight away in a confirmation email 6 hours later still confirmation and when I call up no one knows what’s going on and then tell me I cancelled because I’m sick! They do not have a clue

Had an issue with the submission, was blocked from completing photo upload. Twice, I called and was left waiting on hold for 45mins. Both calls ended with no one picking up. Emailed and no response hours later. Non-existent customer service. Would not use again.
