2nd one with this company. 1st took an hour to receive certificate the 2nd 15 minutes.
Was £28 per test so not the cheapest but will continue to use them. Buying 4 more off them this week which says it all!

Very good, efficient service.

The service has been fantastic, considering that I am a difficult customer who is flustered by computers. The whole service, especially "Brian" has been courteous patient and efficient. I'll come back.

I hadn't the order ID at hand, so I contacted the helpdesk (by Chat with Brian) and in a few minutes I was provided with the right number. Excellent!

This is the second rapid antigen test I have had from "Rapid Travel Tests", the first was problem-free, the second (today) would not upload for some reason although it seems I did everything I should. Having said that when I phoned the support line i got through immediately and we found a work-around which resolved the problem. Service was friendly and courteous.

Booked tests for 8. Claimed results in 15 minutes and certificates within 1 hour. Used the test centre at the Village Hotel, Edinburgh. Member of staff totally unprepared and unaware of bookings at 1115 and 1130. After long delay we were tested and eventually given the verbal all clear. Told we would have the certificates by 1400. At 1600 and after numerous phone calls 7 certificates were received at the Ferry check in. Further calls eventually resulted in the final certificate arriving as we reached the front of the check in queue.

I had a couple of question and this person kindly helped me to fix it. Fast and clear! Excellent

Customer service was fantastic. I needed information about Covid tests and Brian was brilliant. Very efficient and helpful.

I was caught in the time between when PCR and antigen tests were suitable on return to the UK. I ordered the wrong test (because UK Government's advices was not clear till I completed the Passenger Locator Form) but Rapid Travel Tests issued a refund for the test ordered in error and I was able to order a PCR test.
Excellent customer service from Joe who was friendly and helpful through it all.
Used them for pre-flight tests and results came through really quickly. Will use this company again.

I bought x2 pre-departure antigen kits however the rules have now changed so we no longer need to do the antigen(lay flow) test before returning to Uk & can do the same test on day 2 instead.

I contacted them and asked if this is the same test can I just use it for my day 2 test instead, and if they can send me x2 ref numbers for our passenger locator form as I don’t think I received a ref number with these.
At first they emailed back and said yes if the test is fit for purpose following guidance I can use it for that instead and that they would generate x2 reference numbers for me the next day.

A few days passed and I asked again and they have now come back and said I would need to purchase x2 more antigen (lat flow) tests just to get a reference number for my form.

They just want to rip people off! Not a trustworthy company at all!

Our experience with the test was excellent. Jackie, our nurse explained every step clearly. She was punctual and best of all the result was negative.

The test was ordered two days before we left for our UK destination and were delivered there 24 hours later.

The test was similar to others we’ve performed: easy and simple to do. Results were posted by us to Rapid’s assay site and a negative certificate was issued within ten minutes.

Our only concern was the lack of sufficiently prominent prior warning of the need to order the kit BEFORE you leave for your overseas journey. It caused us a considerable stress to find that completion of the Passenger Locator form was DEPENDENT upon registration of a ordered and paid- for Government approved Covid test.

Happily, Rapid we’re able to provide such a test at short notice.

Tests did not arrive on time due to a shipping delay, but Rapid Travel Tests made it right by giving me a full refund, which I appreciated. So I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service alleviated a lot of stress because of the long journey to the port and not knowing of any other company who would provide rapid results, all others wanted 24 hours to process.

We used Rapid Travel Test for a short break to Venice right at the moment the rules regarding test requirements changed. We had to leave purchasing our return tests until we were already away as when we left the UK the government had not issued the required reference numbers. We were somewhat apprehensive, however, they have been so helpful, responding to our email enquiries promptly enabling us to take full advantage of the new lateral flow test entitlement by sending us all the required information. Also we received confirmation that our kits had been delivered to our home in our absence.
