Very easy to to use and result are quick and reliable. However it would help if they set up a registration process so you can save details so you dont have to enter the same details again and again. I had to complete for a family of 7 so it took me over 1 hour to enter the same detail repeatedly.

Very efficient. I use your service for business and personal trips and have always been very pleased. The service is excellent and provides real peace of mind.

First time I took the test and uploaded the information via the bar code. Excellent and prompt response received from the Team. Definitely would recommend everyone using this service when going abroad.

Very stressful! Received a text message saying yeat would be delivered between 9-10am. Stayed at home waiting… bY noon decided to give rapid test a call to know what was happening…After 30 min on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, I was told that I should contact dpd to find where the test was and if it was going to be delivered. Another 30 min to get the driver contact… finally received the test. By 4pm upload the result ( negative 😊) and then receive a phone call from rapid test that a photo of passport was missing. Straight away send it to the email I was told info@. At 6pm another phone call saying that the passport photo was missing… when I said it was send 2 hours ago I was asked to which email I sent it to and was told that should have send it to another email! What a mess… after that I receive a text message saying that test certificate was sent to my email… nothing, so again phone to rapid test and didn’t hang up until the certificate was sent to my email… that was done at 7pm!!! Really disappointed with the service!

The test has been received the next day. The result has been received by email and text message within the next 2 hrs after the test was taken.

We made an error uploading the image and the team were v quick to contact us to sort it out. Certificate received within 30 mins of correct evidence being submitted.

Test was quick and easy, I didn't receive my certificate on email but it was quickly fixed by a super responsive team on the support email. Much easier than going to a clinic. Would use again.
