The customer service they give out on the site is fake. The real one is contactrapprints(at)gmail.com, not support(at)rapprints.com I received no answer when I emailed the latter one. The shipping also took over a month, even though the site states international shipping should take about 20 days. But at least in the end I got my package. Everything in it was in good condition.
I ordered two posters from them over a month ago (with the rushed shipping option), and have not received any shipment notification from them. After trying to contact their support, I realized the email they provide on their website doesn't exist. If this is a scam site, its one of the best I've come across so far. Don't waste your money here.
