I bought 3 brushes. It took one month to receive my order and it was incomplete, they just sent me 2. I called Cheap Joe costumer service, the woman told me that the missing brush was a back order and yelled at me for not being patient. Three day later I got an email from them saying that the missing brush was not in stock. I’ve decided to buy my supplies somewhere else. Please stay away from Cheap Joe.

Cheap Joe's in-house (American Journey) watercolors and oil paints are truly one of a kind. They are reasonably priced and I was so impressed with the colors and consistency. I actually tried their Cerulean Blue Hue oil color, and was so surprised at how buttery and smooth it went on my canvas paper without the use of any mediums. I actually prefer their watercolor brushes over the Princeton Neptunes.
I have had zero issues with ordering from Cheap Joe's. I can't speak on the customer service aspect since I rarely need it.
One thing I really appreciate is that they are one of the few art stores that don't bend a knee down to "rainbow month." As a conservative, it is very important to me to shop at sites that share my same values.
After several orders I find Cheap Joes an excellent, responsive business. Quick with answering questions, even replied to my review of a product they carry (not necessary, but the did anyway) They are always quick to ship, and the free shipping over $69 is a good option (of course, with a lower dollar amount for free shipping I would place more orders, but I wait until I get to the free shipping dollar amount)
Dishonest. Promotes a husband-and-wife team of artists who supposedly know how to market artwork. But they can't even market their own.
