Horrible quality
Shame I couldn't give no stars bought a raptor 4x4 seat £249 lasted less than a month horrible quality contacted them they offered a replacement what wasnt fit for purpose I asked for a refund was told no and they said that's the trouble with buying off internet. Luckey I paid through paypal had to open a dispute to get money back also I had to pay £49 return postage which I lost AVOID

Unfortunately not everything in this review is true. Buyer misuse is not covered by any warranty but as a gesture of goodwill we were happy to replace the seat at our expense. You then decided that you wanted your money back (2 months after payment) and went direct to Paypal with a barrage of lies in order to manipulate a refund. We would never say "thats the trouble with buying off the internet!" Please do not buy from us again.

Received very poor customer service after purchasing a product. Advised no fitting instructions available. Told to look on YouTube, but there are no installation videos for the item. There description on their website is technically incorrect. Vehicle modification required to fit item. Advice is to request instructions prior to purchase of any of their fabricated parts so that you can see if they will fit in advance.

I have looked through your order and the item in question should not require any modification to the vehicle, I can only assume yours is not standard? As our items are often spare parts or direct replacements we don't always have instructions, we would always advise having the items fitted by a qualified mechanic. However we are looking into improving our instruction database and have taken your feedback on board.

What a brilliant company to deal with
What a brilliant company to deal with. Ive purchased some Coil springs, air locker and seats from Raptor and have nothing but good things to say. The locker has been fitted to a challenge truck, as have the springs and they perform superbly. Couple good products with a good customer service and you have this team. Keep up the good work. Excellant.
