Good service and prompt delivery
Communicated well with Sales/BD and Procurement team from the beginning. It is just that the purchased has been picked up by more than 1 person from Order processing team which may have double entry into the system, this was resolved after confirmation with the Sales personnel. Not sure a centralized order system is available. Overall, I am satisfied with the item received and the service provided. Thank you.

Would have been 5 star if their IT system had not glitched. After expected arrival date I contacted support via email (twice). No response to these emails although one or both must have had some effect. Once I contacted by phone very efficient communication. I think my problems stemmed from not setting up an account, so that when the purchase glitched after checkout on paypal, I fell through the cracks until phoning up got things moving.

Good price, but the delivery was a lot slower than the quoted lead time.
It took nearly a month for a 6-8 days lead time.
Product did turn up and looks good.
