I ordered according to the description of the clothing. It didn't fit and looked nothing like the pictures posted, so I asked for a return label. They refused to return the clothing for a different size and advise the shipping to Dubai was to expensive and offered me back $15 on a $200 order. I live in the USA and they advised me if I wanted to return the clothing I could pay freight myself. I don't trust this company. Please don't order from them unless you are sure of what you are getting. It's a waste of time.

First of all this company is not from the u.s. as they claimed, 18 days later I get my shipment. 5 blouses and 170.00 later I could not be anymore disappointed. Nothing looks as though it was made for a women. The shirts looks as though sponge Bob ordered them. Square shaped and not form fitting like the pictures. Never again will I give this shop my business. Beware! Please don't waste your money. Aweful excuse for womens clothing. Scam saying the least.

Clothes are nice, right size, great quality

Shipping and Delivery need to be faster. False advertising. Leads customers to believe made in America when products are shipped from China.

Great product. True to size. I LOVE the design and colors. The picture made it look like the shirt was more like a sweater and thick material. It is very soft and comfortable. Very happy with purchase

Bought two dresses. Saying that the dresses were inferior quality would be a overstatement for their actual quality.
Customers should forget about returning anything. Customer service (another overstatement, actually an oxymoron) stated that you had to ship to Dubai ((over $165!!) for two dresses for which we paid $86.
We needed to have our credit card company intervene for the fraud. As such, we did not end up paying... except for a lot of time to resolve the issue.
Run from this company. Read all of the reviews, not just the planted positive ones, and then make up your mind.
Agree with others that the sizes are inaccurate, which was an additional reason that we requested a refund.

A one star rating is more than generous for this company for which a zero would be most appropriate. I was disappointed in the quality of the clothing and the refund. The clothes were flimsy and too small. Because I could not understand their service rep on the phone I emailed them and received prompt responses. I tried to return the three shirts and was told to keep them because it is very expensive to return them. I spent over $98.00. After several emails, where they offered $15, ("Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. You don't need to send back and I will refund you $15.00,it is ok with you?"), $28, $36, and then $45 ("I'm sorry that our clothes didn't meet your expectation, but 45 dollars is our maximum.
Our return warehouse is in Dubai. The shipping fee is very expensive.
If you insist on returning, you will pay the freight by yourself."

I received an email that stated...
"Here is the return address: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571. 
Once we receive the parcel you return, we will refund you."

Because I wanted to recoup, at least, some of the money, I asked them to refund $50, to which they agreed and refunded. This reinforced the fact that you absolutely cannot believe what is advertised, and Rasney is a company that is best avoided.

I love the tops I got, was extremely sad that one of them didn't fit (was because of the material it is made with) and it is the biggest size you sell so I couldn't exchange it but Customer Service was excellent with the refund.

The quality and sizing of the shirts that I ordered were Amazing! I was very happy with my purchases and will definitely order again!

The sweater I wanted the most, the Orange Print Mock Neck Sweater, apparently was out of stock. I got a refund very quickly. I would have liked to be given the chance to order it in the next larger size. Also, took quite a while to receive.

This was far the best shopping experience I've have online. The quality of sweaters I received, was amazing. When I asked Customer Service where my order was they were prompt in their answer. I can't wait to shop here again!
