What a lovely experience
What a lovely experience! Ordering was a breeze on the website, my order was dispatched and arrived very quickly (which is commendable during these times), beautifully packaged with all recycled material (incl the tape) and a special little touch. The linen looks gorgeous and I can’t wait to try it out. Thank you for brining positive change to the world!

I ordered the linen bedding set and it was just as perfect as the pictures. When a confirmation email did not arrive, I contacted them straight away and the communication was amazing! Amazing products, awesome service and will definitely be shopping again with them!

Five star recommendation
I ordered the bamboo and hemp reusable facial pads and I am SO glad I invested in them. They are large in size, triple ply and easily washable. They are a really quick, easy & affordable way of beginning your environmentally friendly journey and with the 10% introductory discount applied, the facial pads were an absolute bargain. They arrived only a few days later in recyclable packaging & I received communication, with regards to the package, throughout its journey to me. I could not recommend this product and business enough! Do not hesitate to purchase - We must all do our bit to save & protect our earth.

Products look good
The products I’ve received appear well made. However, I’m sorry to have to only give 1star due to lack of communication from the company, when my order arrived, incomplete.
I emailed twice & completed an on line message asking for an update on the order.
I never received any communication back but another parcel arrived with some of the missing order & what I can only assume, was an alternative product to the value of the items still missing. As no correspondence was included in the box or no response to my e mails, I can’t be certain.
It’s a shame the customer service has let this company down, as I’m sure the products will be suitable for use. However, accepting that they have given me products to the value of my order, (albeit not what I ordered,) I won’t be encouraged to order again from them. Which is a shame.

We are really disappointed with the 1 star rating and completely apologise for the mix up with your order and the lack of communication on our part, we only received your 1st email and replied to this but have no access to any others - as a very new business we are having some teething issues with the packing and order process and have adjusted our triple checking process to ensure this doesn't happen again.
We have sent you through two parcels and you should have all of the products that you have purchased now. Away from the negative experience we hope that you LOVE your products and sincerely apologise.

I ordered the organic French bed linen
I ordered the organic French bed linen, it's really soft and great quality. It was delivered quickly in lovely packaging. Our first nights sleep was amazing and we found it really comfortable. Would definately recommend it for a comfier nights sleep.
