We ordered the reusable cotton pads and makeup buds. They are great quality and came within a week of ordering. There was a brilliant communication from them throughout.

This came as expected carefully wrapped in recyclable paper . If I have any other comment to make is that they were much smaller than expected. This is not a bad thing but indication of size may prevent the, 'oh I didn't realise they were this small type comment'
I have not used in anger yet but seems a good product.

I can't comment on the buying experience as I received a parcel from Rasta Farmers as a gift ordered by my sister. I love the face pads, really nice size, soft and absorbant, and my face felt well and truly cleansed after use. I also got a bar of soap that is huge, smells amazing and will last ages. And the little double set of reusable cotton buds is a genius idea and come in a handy little box to keep them safe :)
