I have followed this brand for some years now. I have many of their tshirts and most recently purchased some gym wear. This brand is extremely helpful with their custom personalised items too, only to happy to help. And the quality of their other items is fantastic. Comfortable, a huge range of sizing and I have always been happy with every piece ive recieved. I appreciate the time it takes them to hand dye and make the items. All over a good, caring, inclusive brand.

Anyway, I have ordered twice from Ratchet in the past, 2 hoodies for me and a t-shirt as a gift. Both orders came exactly as described and arrived within the time frame given. The quality of the products was fantastic and I love the little touch of the labels saying "size, beautiful". You won't find a more inclusive brand. The people who run Ratchet have their hearts and priorities in the right place, and the staff seem to be very happy there, which makes them a business I am willing to support however I can.

Firstly I never usually write reviews. Its tedious and no one really cares anyway right? But Ive ordered from Ratchet 5 times now and every time Ive been super impressed by the design and quality.
My son has ASD and hugely struggles with clothing/sensory issues, but the material in all the hoodies and tshirts has been excellent and of a high quality. I love that there are so many unique designs, Ive had Christmas stuff, Stranger things and my personal favourite was the heated rivalry hoodies IYKYK. Thats it from me. I just think the team is incredible.

Waiting for my 2nd purchase after having such a good experience with the 1st one. These people gave birth to my favourite jacket of all time and I'm waiting for my Scream tracksuit which is going to kill me off when it comes I'm so excited! Quality 10/10, customer service 10/10. Just seen their Instagram post and wanted to say THIS MORNING I got asked by Starbucks to review them on Google and I'd get £2 my next drink. I've also had KFC ask, mattress companies, all stores asking me to review and be entered into prize draws ect. Ratchet haven't asked anyone to leave a positive review, just a review like all other businesses do. Trustpilot are perfectly happy to have companies like Virgin and other scam companies have thousands of fake reviews but won't let Ratchet have any real ones? Nah.

Fish purchase was our Rism with the Tism hoodie, this really made my son feel
Happy, we’re quite a light hearted family and we often said this, so to have a mega cool
Hoody for my (then pre) teen was great.
And the new mega collection was our second purchase, it may of been late but it was so worth it!!
The quality 10/10
The design 10/10

And most of all the communication and customer service 100/100!

I’ve been buying from Ratchet for a while, the designs are great and items are always good quality!

Love this brand! The most personal customer service and you can speak to actual people when you need to. My only issue encountered really was that sometimes the sizing is off - I've had to return two things but one was wrongly labelled (not their fault) and the other one was part of new stock that was a different sizing (again not really their fault). My gripe with this is having to pay an extra £10 postage on top to return one thing then get a replacement for something that wasn't my fault (as the customer). This could maybe be absorbed by the business for cases like this. Otherwise, love Ratchet ✌🏻

I ordered for the first time when the Scream/Gym collection dropped. I'd been a follower for a while but not really paid attention until that drop. It took a while to arrive, but the delay was explained on their page and status of said orders was updated frequently on their page. I personally don't mind waiting for my items as long as customers were made aware. Which they were. Unlike when I ordered band merch from another German company and had the most shocking experience but that's not what this review is about. I LOVE my jersey and I'm genuinely so happy with it.

No incentive offered for this review and no incentive required! Love these guys, have ordered so much over the last couple of years. Quality is brilliant, have had a couple of customs and some of their creations, they never disappoint. Love the ethos of the brand, size inclusive. Can’t fault them!

The photo and description of the hoodie I bought for my son was totally different to what arrived. I ordered a green, pink and black wicked hoodie but a T-shirt arrived instead and a different colour so I had to pay to return it then had to pay again and have the ‘correct’ one sent which cost me nearly £45 for the hoodie, way overpriced! When it arrived the XL was not an XL and the colours again were totally different, not a trace of black in it!! The owner is not bothered and completely lacks customer service and is patronising. I will never use them again, a complete rip off that falsely advertises!!

Their sizing is absolutely awful, but even when they send you an item much bigger than you ordered, they will replace it but you have to pay to return it. Then pay for postage again before they will send out the replacement. This whole process takes weeks. Then the replacements were just as awful size wise (8” bigger than advertised). So I’m not returning them again because I’ll have to pay another £10 in postage.
The quality is fine, as is the design, but from my perspective a total waste of money.
It states on here that they have been offering incentives for reviews, if this is the case I can understand why!
Very disappointed, won’t order again.

I absolutely love the designs and quality of Ratchet items, they stand out from other small clothing businesses, especially to those of us with more unique (shall we say) clothing choices. There is so much choice on their website that you're sure to find a piece you love.
I also really like that they're inclusive in any way possible and will customise items to suit their customers.
Their online presence is really lovely to see, they are very real and they're not afraid to show it. They interact with the customers in light-hearted and sometimes hilarious ways and I feel like it really sets them apart from other brands. They don't just show their clothes, they show who they are as people.

Awful company. Would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know why people rate it. Really cheap material and such horrible customer service. Waited nearly 2 weeks for my order. Emailed them 3 times before I got a very uncaring and rude response.if ANYTHING you buy is on sale or ‘custom’ order (which since EVERYTHING is made to order, this is basically EVERY item) you won’t get a refund or be able to return your order. I would rather throw my money in the bin than order from them again!!

Ordered the two t shirts for £19.99 offer near Halloween. I had the wrapped up in Halloween t shirt with the horror characters and live laugh lobotomy. The live laugh lobotomy shirt was alright but the actual t shirt felt poor quality. The print on the other t shirt is awful. You can’t even make out the design or their faces and it looks nothing like how it was printed on the website. Went straight into the bin (seemed a waste of time to send it back for another poor quality shirt).

So happy with my purchase!
Ordered a tye die sweater and a mystery tshirt- how they got the mystery tshirt so spot on I have no idea, it’s perfect and 100% a bit of me! The quality is great and I’m so impressed how quickly they got it to me considering it’s handmade and they had such a vast amount of orders. After item was shipped it arrived super quickly. I love the little touches like the tye die inside sleeves for when I’d like to roll the sleeves up and the size tag that says ‘SIZE BEAUTIFUL’, it really meant a lot coming from someone who is very insecure. I love this brand and all they stand for. They’re a great team and I can’t wait to purchase again 💖

So many good designs, managed to snag a bunch of presents (and something for myself of course) over black Friday sales. They arrived yesterday and I love them all, everyone will be so happy with them! The quality is amazing and so cozy, and I really love this little business as they are so down to earth and there is honestly something for everyone. The 'size beautiful' tags are a lovely touch and definitely needed in these current times! If I had more room there would definitely be more orders from me!

My favourite go to brand, I have made countless orders and everything is amazing! Fantastic customer service, so quick in responding and resolving any issues. I had to exchange an item due to a mis print during 12 days of Christmas, despite the busy period I had the replacement with me within a week of contacting. Keep doing what youre doing peeps! Amazing ⭐️

Ordered a hoodie from here and it is my favourite hoodie! Such a nice comfy fit and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. My hoodie is well made, hasn’t faded at all after multiple washes and the quality is excellent.
Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The best clothing for those who are plus size and alternative wouldn’t buy t shirts or hoodies from anywhere else! Super quick shipping too and reasonably priced. Love ALL their products
