I absolutely love this company!! Not only are they talented with their designs, they are also a very happy cheerful team that you probably wont find anywhere else! Inclusive!! This brand is so inclusive and are so accommodating! Due to sensory issues I asked for no tags and they accommodated me! Such an amazing brand and always getting compliments on my clothes! Highly recommend.

I'm over the moon with all my purchases so far. I have ordered some dresses, a few t shirts and kids pjs. Everything is fantastic quality and I'm very happy with it. The customer care is very personal which I love and if you follow them on Facebook it's like a little family which I adore. I've even bought a second hand hoody off vinted from them and even second hand it's fantastic quality. Washed well and the decal is in perfect condition. I would highly recommend, I actually haven't bought any dresses from anywhere else since I got my first one because I'm that in love and want them all.

Their inclusive styles are the best i've ever seen, from breastfeeding mum's, to chronic illness, neurodiversity, lgbtq+, dark humour and plus sizes they truly cater for anyone! So welcoming, have an amazing community behind them and sales drive more profits that go straight to different charities! I've ordered 2 hoodies and sweatshirt now. The print quality is amazing! The jumpers are so soft!
It's really hard to get good quality, good length and baggy fit on plus size hoodies.
I wanted to feel like a teenager again, when I could curl up inside my hoody, and this was delivered! I could actually go down a size!!
The sweatshirt is pastel rainbow tye dye and the colour is so vibrant and I get so many compliments on it! I never want to take it off!

I love their products, their designs and patterns of tie dye are so beautiful as well as their choices to support charities that mean a lot. They are also some wonderful and kind people who reply to emails fast when you have a query. I can't reccomend them enough.

The team are absolutely brilliant, they're extremely passionate people who truly care about others and their customers, they give us a voice, they make us heard, make us feel seen and value us!! Naturally with all businesses, they wanna make money, but Ratchet isn't just about money, it's about us!! Too many businesses focus solely on profits, and don't care about customers unless they're buying, if you're not then you're not important to them (other businesses) but that's not the case with Ratchet!!

They're a small business who stand for what they believe in and also support many charities that are personal to their customers which is brilliant!! They allow everyone to have a voice, they listen and they really do show up!! Their clothing, all in Size Beautiful, is made to the highest of quality and with so much love!! They allow not only custom designs but custom alterations to suit each body type!! They really do listen and pay attention to where the demand is and give us all plenty of options!!

There is a huge hype for Ratchet because of the people behind the brand, without them, it wouldn't be the same, nor possible!! They're constantly coming up with new drops and we are LIVING for them!! They eat and leave no crumbs every time!! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!! I'll start by saying if you're going to support any small business, choose this one. The absolute love and passion that goes into their designs is everything. The way they advocate for others and eachother is nothing short of inspirational and their products are gorgeous as a result. The hoodies are super comfy, soft and cosy and the prints are amazing! Everything is handmade with love and they actually listen to their customers, doing their absolute best to provide items people would like to see next and are always looking for ways to make someone smile. Honestly I can't fault them! Its run by genuinely lovely people and boy does it show. 🤍✨️🌙

Ratchet is so close to me and I wish I had of found them sooner. Great company and right up my "unique but quirky" street. I have had most products they offer from t shirts? Sweatshirts, hoodies and dresses. I have always been happy with my purchases and find that Ratchet are very accommodating. 5*

I've been a massive fan and follower of Ratchet for many years...I only wear their tops (t-shirts and hoodies). I love the brand and their inclusivity and the way they support charities. I recently asked Dhillan if Ratchet would do a range for Breast Cancer Awareness month and not only did he release two t-shirts he donated all profits to Breast Cancer charities. Dhillan and his team are also there to listen if you need someone to chat too.
He's made not only a brand but a community.
