OMG!! This company is fantastic!!! Quality of clothing is the best, I’ve ordered jumpers and t shirts 10 years ago that are still in brand new condition. Their love for their customers in without doubt the best you could ask for! So caring and do so much for charities as well. Looking forward to ordering even more clothing from them.

The clothes are just such good quality, the jumpers are soooo soft inside. I love the colours, the designs and they do some great sales. Ive done about 5 orders and they do take a while to come, but its all hand dyed and I dont mind waiting for the quality

I currently own 3 of the dresses and a vest. Each of the dresses are beautiful! And they have pockets! BONUS!! You can see the creativity the team have in making all the items! I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Iconic! Ordered quite a few items and they never fail to amaze me! The quality is great and the designs are so unique. When I made a custom order I gave them a basic idea and the results were better than I imagined, always recommend these to anyone that listens, plus they are just too funny🙂

Ordered a half price hoodie and was really surprised at how good the quality was. Well packaged and arrived when expected. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Ordered a couple of vest top on their 2 for 19.99 offer. The material was relatively good quality however all the best had clearly just been t-shirts with the sleeves cut off very shoddily and messy with a pair of scissors. Also as they were ordered as a bundle/custom no refund available. I won't be buying from the again. If I wanted to badly cut some sleeves off some t-shirts I'd have saved myself the money and done it myself. Pretty poor to be honest. Would give zero stars if I could, waste of money.

I ordered a create your own tracksuit and its absolutely amazing. It's one of the most comfortable tracksuits I own. I always order a size larger in tracksuits as I like to be able to move and this has so much room and the leg length is perfect. It's also fantastic to mix and match with other things to make the most out of it :) I let them have full creative power and gave a loose theme they absolutely smashed it. I've had so many compliments about it. Thank you to the ratchet team

Bought 2 hoodies half price and I'm glad I didn't pay full, they're so thin. Designs are nice but not worth full price. Also the postal bag came completely ripped which I realise is the fault of DPD but the items weren't in any other packaging for protection so if it rained, they would've been soaked.

Amazing quality and amazing prices.
Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤

The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself.
Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it.
Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result.

Support small business? Yeah maybe if they weren't pulling the same bullshit as the big companies I absolutely would.

I bought the limited edition valentines I have tattoos hoodie. The quality and service I fabulous and the design is gorgeous.

Having purchased from RC few times now I can easily say I'm just slightly obsessed!
I loved all my items, I had 6 hoodies now, 3 sweatshirts and 2 TS. I'm just waiting for my first custom hoodie and I'm so excited!
The company is breath of fresh air with their social media no nonsense presence!

Ps. The sales are wild and mystery items are always fantastic!
