Wicked sweatshirt is fantastic. Colour is more pastel than in image on site but still cool. Never Trust The Living 5X T-shirt is small sized and is tight in the neck and upper arm/shoulder. Sleeves stitched up at about 6 points so it’s less sleeve and more vest like in appearance. Dye looks cool on the spiral colors good. Shipping took 4 days and good email communication through the wait. Would buy again but be I will be wary of shirt sizing in future.

Recieved a jumper with the print not centered. Contated Ratchet who said they would recentre it for me if i posted it back and they would refund me the postage cost.

Once received back the jumper doesnt look like it was recentred as still not in the middle. I have since contacted Ratchet again to inform them off this and have been ignored. They have also not refunded me for the postage like they said they would even after me sending proof of postage and cost as well as my bank details.

Sizing is way off I can just about fit my head through the sweatshirt very small sizing! The colour isn't as vibrant as shown on website and the quality is very cheap. So glad I've not paid full price otherwise i would be seeking a full refund. I now have to try selling the items on vinted in hope I'll get my money back.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced from a company.
Ordered a customer design hoodie for £54 from them and said I was looking for a "classic rainbow tie dye spiral" I attached two different pictures of basically the same design with bright primary colours. When I received my hoodie it was pastel pink with barely any recognisable swirl in it at all and COMPLETELY different from the 2 images i sent them. In my emails I did say it didn't have to be exactly the same as the pictures I sent but then proceeded to say the second imagine I sent was what I was looking for. When I contacted them to let them know I wasn't happy wirh the order that I spent nearly £60 on they told me that "The photo you sent was a reference and you said it didn't have to look exactly the same, we wouldn't be able to match what you've asked for exactly so this would have been the closest match.

I replied again telling them the design wasn't even close to the photos I sent and I was happy to return the item for a refund as I wasn't happy at all. I also emailed again with screenshot of other custom orders they have done with bright primary colours and patterns which is what I was expecting in my design. They didn't reply. I have tried to contact them on several different platforms over several days and received no response at all to any of my communications via instagram, email or facebook.
I have been a long term customer since 2014 but I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I wish I could attach photos of what I received because literslly I could have done better myself.

Made our uniforms for us here at Little moon events Company and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the clothing and the technique of the tie dye everything and more of what we hoped for! I wear my sweatshirt every opportunity I can and the kids love their t shirts. So happy and could recommend dhillan, Caitlin and the team enough. Great company.

Love their clothes - I ordered a hoodie and it was great as someone who is neurodiverse it was perfect! No itchy labels and sooooo comfy and amazing quality.
They also do their sizes as size beautiful which I think is an amazing personal touch!

I bought myself a hoody from Ratchet clothing and absolutely love it!! Initially I recieved the wrong hoody but it was very quickly sorted after emailing and letting them know I returned the hoody and then recieved my hoody in the post. Amazing quality and the print is INSANE 🙌❤️

Have a couple items and they are really good quality and wash really well, the team are amazing and respond quickly and gets posted relatively quick too even when I’ve ordered a custom

The sizes are perfect, love the fact we have the choice of requesting a custom, their designs and even sending in our old clothes and getting it recycled into a new design plus the fact you can buy a tie dye kit as well is brilliant as well. The staff are brilliant, funny and cool as well. Would 100% recommend the company to everyone.

Over three separate orders I've received a dear person sweatshirt, broken crayons sweatshirt and dear person teeshirt.
Each order arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion. Updates on expected delivery date.
Fit is generous, material was so soft and that was before washing! They wash really well- no shrinking or colour running.
Best part though... the "Dear person " sweatshirt has resulting in lots of tears and hugs from strangers, work colleagues and friends. The message has saved one life that I am aware of.

I could say the usual of reasonably priced..fast delivery etc. But honestly the main reason I love buying from this brand is the inclusion it gives to many people. I'm a bigger woman and there clothes are just so comfy they aren't tight and they actually look flattering. The real star of the show is the 2 for £12 rucksacks though grab yourself some of them! Its just a lovely group to be apart of.

I asked Dhillan at Ratchet to design me and my daughter a unique tshirt for a week worth of gigs for Everything Everything and they just brilliant. We even ended up being asked for photos by famous people who happened to be at some of the gigs which was WILD!! definitely recommend Ratchet for design your own. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.. the dogs b*llocks!

Every item I've had from here has been lovely quality, and honestly were we not planning a wedding I'd spend so much money on this website 😂 Dhillan's brand is unique, colourful and bright and a genuine small business built up from the ground. When my order didn't arrive, I checked in with him about it and he investigated the tracking, turns out Royal Mail returned it to sender after apparently trying to deliver it (all fault on my side, not Ratchet's) and then they lost my parcel (my trust pilot review for royal mail will look totally different to this one...). When we discovered this, Dhillan without hesitation offered to resend my order without any concern for compensation on his end. Dhillan, THANK YOU! I was 19 when I got my first Ratchet tshirt and I'll be 91 and still wearing them. Big love to this brand ✌️

I happened to stumble across this company at the back end of 2023. I loved the ethos of the company, all stemming from the owner/CEO of the company (and his amazing team of course). I have had hoodies, jumpers, back packs and joggers... Amazing quality. They are now my favourite pieces to wear.

Having met some of the team as well, they are as lovely in person as they are on Social Media.

Can't wait to purchase more products and order my customs.

I’ve been ordering ratchet for over a year now, I’ve always had a great experience with ratchet. The clothes are so good! Good quality and for handmade sent out so quickly. Even when they’ve been rammed they’ve tried to sort my orders out asap and communicated on their page the wait times when it’s been high. I got the pleasure of meeting the team at the ratchet unhinged sale and honestly they are nothing short of lovely, caring and genuine people. I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you for being you and supporting the right messages, you make people feel heard!

Really do not know what to say about this company.

I first came across them on instagram and I absolutely fell inlove with what they stood for and how amazing their stuff looked. (Note to self, pictures can be deceiving and I do not believe they care about their customers whatsoever)

I ordered a tshirt and two hoodies. I paid postage for each item (never had to do that before but wasn't complaining). The items came and I can only describe the quality as cheap. The tshirt was so see through when slightly stretched and the hoodies felt like something you'd get from a fast fashion company. Not only that but they all had issues. They were frayed and also had loose cotton showed in pictures.

I swiftly go intouch on instagram and sent pictures over and was asked was it frayed or loose cotton (it doesn't even matter what it was, it's the fact that they clearly wasn't quality checked before being sent and a manufacturer error on their behalf).

After speaking back and forth on instagram I was then asked to email as soon as I questioned about my refund. I was asked were they tracked and I said yes. Upon checking tracking info it shows they have had my items from the 6th. And still no refund in sight.

From what I've gathered, they only care about the money. No apology, no refund. Nothing.

I wasn't going to leave a review at first but they can update their instagram stories. But cannot simply refund a customer for their own wrong doing.

I've ordered from many small independent company's in the past and never have I ever had this happen.

Apparently my parcel ended up in the gym area above the warehouse. I have received my refund, although postage was not refunded which considering items were faulty I do believe it should have been. But I am glad to have my refund, I will comment and say that for expressing my feelings regarding ratchetclothing I was called rude and also a video was made regarding this reviews on their instagram.

Although I do like the meaning of their products, I don't think I'd ever order from them again. I dont think it's professional whatsoever either to call a customer rude when they cater to people who probably struggle with mental health.

I've also noticed an influx of really fake reviews after this review and the instagram was posted. Whereas, the bad reviews seem to paint more of a truthful picture.

Signed up for a discount code to order a breast feeding hoodie. It didn’t work. I contacted the Facebook page to try and resolve it. In the mean time I received many many emails with voucher codes. Tried all of them but none of them worked. ONE code said it wasn’t able to be used on my specific item, so thought maybe the breastfeeding hoodies just didn’t accept the codes and ordered without a code. A little annoying but all is good. Just waiting for my order.
25 days later (25th march) I received a response asking which code, which i just told them I ordered without. While I had them, I asked if they could check on the status of my order, I received my response by email saying it would be shipped that week (last week) which it hasn’t been. They also wrote on the email that breastfeeding hoodies take up to 15 working days as said on the website. Which is true, it says on the listing for the custom breastfeeding hoodies and a tie
Dye one. But I ordered the black one, and their listing does not say up to 15 working days.
This then leads me to today being the 15th day. I discounted the bank holiday Friday and Monday, and counted the working days which is today. I’ve not heard anything and it’s now 7pm so it’s unlikely it will be shipped today. Even if it was, combining the wait time with the time it takes for it to be delivered from dishaptch date, I did not expect to be waiting almost a month. It’s getting to the point where I’m just considering getting my money back through the bank, especially if I have to wait another 25 days to hear back from them.
I love their approach they take and how informal they are with they way the speak on social media and honestly found it funny being called a b*t*h in my emails. but I didn’t expect that to extend to the way they actually run things.

I did receive a response to say they’re waiting for them to come back from the person who adds the zips, but still no idea how long I can expect to be waiting. I responded, and received no response.
After further messages on Facebook and email not being responded to, I have contacted again to request my order is cancelled and refunded. Let’s see how much hassle this causes. I’m absolutely gutted by this but just because I like the appearance of a company and what they sell, wasn’t going to prevent me from feeling like I’ve been taken the mick out of. The stress this has caused, isn’t worth a hoodie with zips in when I’ve now been breastfeeding for almost 3 months without one anyway. I was hoping to order again in the future as I like a lot of other things they sell. I definitely won’t be now.
Edit 2:
After requesting a refund both through Facebook messenger and email, the request was ignored and the next day my order was dispatched and received the day after. So they gain a star for fast delivery.
So when it arrived, it was thinner than I expected for £50. But weather is getting warmer so wasn’t the biggest issue. The two problems I have with it, is although minor, the writing on the sleeve uses a lower case ‘I’, yes my grammar may not be amazing here but I’m not printed on a jumper. The second issue is it’s just not good quality. I was worried about washing it so I washed it inside out, on a 20 minute wash at 30 degrees and it’s gone all bobbly. The zips are also sewn on poorly with exposed stitching and is puckered in places. I’m truly gutted as I was really expecting a lovely item of clothing with the potential to buy more in the future. As they don’t offer refunds on this item I haven’t bothered contacting them about the issues with it since I received it, partly because it is still wearable and functional. My suggestion to them though, would be to put the zips on the other way around so they undo upwards as you end up with quite a lot of expose skin at the top.

Having waited a while to have the spare cash to order from here I am so bitterly disappointed!!
Ordered a hoody and sweatshirt. Waited ages for it to arrive - was ordered before the madness of any Black Friday deals but still waited over 2 weeks for delivery.

Sizes seem very odd, the hoodie is huge but the sweatshirt tight around the bottom and both ordered in the same size.

Hoody stitching came undone on the pockets and around the back seam after the very first wash,leaving a visible hole on both sides of the pocket. I Contacted them directly, sent photos etc and they clearly can’t be bothered to deal with it. Responded the first time with “oh I’m so sorry!” And was seemingly keen to resolve the issue for me but despite repeat messages asking for this to be looked into, and being told “have to ask the boss and get back to you”, needless to say that there was nothing sorted. Waited a few days and Asked for a returns address as I’d like it replaced/refunded and also for a returns label- as I will not be happy to pay £8 tracked postage to return an item which is so poorly put together that it falls apart in a 30° wash. I bought the hoody in their 50% off sale, essentially this is a £50 jumper that was the equivalent quality of Shein/Temu but for an awful lot more cash. I have hoodies that I’ve had for 3/4 years, costing the same and have washed and worn beautifully.

They needed to go away and find out if their company covers returns for faulty clothing but never got back to me.
Rachet is just too busy drumming up the social media following to actually deal with anything other than taking your money. From reading other reviews it’s clear customer service is absolutely not a priority for Rachet clothing. You can’t scream your company ethos from the rooftops and expect people to just hand over cash and keep quiet. Have seen quite a few reviews that say “oh I love this company but my hoodie was a weird size/poor quality but the boss is a legend on social media so I won’t be complaining “ get a grip! That’s not how it works. For a company that constantly bangs on about its ethos, being a “family” and loving its customers, you’ve shown very little of this IME. Very disappointing that I’ve wasted my money on this.. Won’t purchase from you again.

I absolutely love the Ratchet team and what they do. The clothing is just top quality and I love the designs. I love how the tags can be removed and if you’re a bigger size it says ‘size beautiful’
Customer service is almost as good as Dyson hahaha no it’s fantastic, messages are read and responded to straight away instead of ignored or left for days! Turn around and Delivery is really reasonable and sometimes quite fast considering every piece is made to order. Overall shop at ratchet because you won’t be disappointed and if you follow them on social media dhillan is always entertaining us with his whit and sarcasm! Love you guys, never change ❤️
