I LOVE Rachet. Dhillan has created an amazing brand where he and his amazing team (they run it really tbf) are fully present & created the most amazing inclusive group which actually feels more like a family.
The clothing is incredible quality and I love everything it stands for - Mental Health is a big focus and I love that. This isn’t just any clothing, it’s RACHET CLOTHING.

Love all the Ratchet gang they are doing such a lot for mental health and body positivity. So for that alone you should support this brand. Secondly I have fibromyalgia and I am so picky with the clothes I wear, and the quality. These clothes are so so comfy. Also I love the tie dye 🤩🤩 Thanks guys xxx

Ordered a few things now from ratchet and the clothing is amazing, great quality and washes so well (such a mum thing to say). Happy with delivery times and aware to leave a little longer at busy periods as everything is handmade and it’s a small business. Love looking at the guys on social media who are hilarious and seem like such nice people

I’ve only found this company recently and they are amazing! They offer unique style, look after ALL sizes and are just fun!! Which I’m sure a lot of us need in our lives these days! Customer service is amazing, clothing is such good quality, none of that thin-ass material, lovely thick, warm hoodies!! I think the mystery bags could have a little more different stuff in. I wasn’t expecting 3 best sellers ofc but 1 item with something on other than plain tie dye would have been amazing. But that’s just me being picky tbf. Dhillan is a queen. Absolutely amazing presence on social media, has me howling. I recommend to everyone all the time 💛💛💛

Hoodies are amazing, a bit small fitting I've found so if you want it baggy size up!
We had an issue with one of our hoodies and got in touch, we were given advice and if it didn't work were told we could return and have a replacement, this wasn't needed the advice worked but amazing customer services!

I love all my hoodies and T-shirts. Really good quality items all hand dyed.

It’s not just about that though, Ratchet has built a community where everyone supports each other. My ratchet Barbie hoodie came very quickly and is incredibly soft, fantastic quality and a head turner! It's now my ultimate comfort hoodie. Would definitely buy from ratchet again 💜

The first thing I purchased was a bag back in 2014 when Dhillan had his own shop in Lakeside Shopping Centre. His customer service on the day was fantastic and even until he closed the shop he was absolutely amazing! Even to this day the bag is still in use!

If I could give Ratchet more than 5 stars I would, this company is one of the best companies I’ve ever shopped with for plus size clothing. Not only do they go up to a 5XL, but everything is unique. Everything is priced reasonably, if you have an idea of something that you want they can create it, whether it’s joggers, t shirts, hoodies to even cycling shorts No job is too little or too small for Dhillan and his hard working team.

I’ve personally had no issues with this company over the 10+ years I’ve been ordering from them. I cannot thank Dhillan, Lisa, Caitlin and co enough for all their hard work they give to myself and others. You all deserve a massive thank you!

The team at Ratchet are absolutely fantastic, bat crap crazy, but flaming amazing!
Their products are first class, great quality and will always try to assist with any wee extra requests e.g. no labels etc….

I have ordered several hoodies and tees from the website and they are always delivered in a prompt time frame. The products are of really good quality and the sizing is spot on. Items don’t fade and the quality of the print is second to none.

Never had an issue with anything that I have ordered. Loved everything that I have bought and always turned up in a timely manner, when it's handmade you expect to wait and it has never disappointed. Ordered a custom hoodie for my daughter and it was fantastic. Will be ordering again soon 🥰🥰🥰
