Company refuses to delete my account - says the creator of the account (my former brokerage) has to do it since they paid the subscription, even though I never authorized it. I find this service USELESS and don't need my name to be affiliated with them or my former brokerage.
They did not post my reviews on Goggle! I sent my clients to them telling them they were a one stop shop. Ask they had to do was write their review there and they would take care of posting for me. They collected 33 reviews for me and only posted 5 to Google because my clients didn’t check a box correctly or some excuse. When contacted, they told me they could go back to my clients and ask them to write the review again. Why should they have to do that again? How many would I get? I paid money for it to be done correctly the first time. My clients were asked to write a google review and they did; that should be enough!
