I chose Gables McKinney Ave for its prime Uptown Dallas location and upscale amenities. While the proximity to Whole Foods and local attractions is convenient, my experience has been marred by significant management and maintenance issues.

The management team has been unresponsive and, at times, unprofessional. Maintenance requests are often delayed, and recurring issues like the unheated pool and malfunctioning elevators remain unresolved. These problems have persisted despite multiple complaints from residents.

Additionally, there's a noticeable lack of transparency in how reviews are handled. It appears that negative feedback is filtered or removed, which doesn't provide an accurate picture of resident experiences.

For the premium rent charged, I expected a higher standard of living and service. Unfortunately, the reality has been disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements.

Garbage company! The whole company lacks competency and integrity. They fail at basic paperwork and do not keep up the property despite the high rental cost. They present dirty units for move-in.

Rented a unit from them in Dallas. Due to negligence of the building management staff and their mistakes we have lost our $1,500 deposit to a new tenant. Zero desire from the management office to help resolve the issue
