Not sure if tickets will be delivered and terrible communication
I ordered my tickets over a month ago and they claim most tickets are delivered in two weeks. It has been over a month and still no tickets and very poor communications. This makes it difficult to plan a hotel and travel if you are not sure tickets will actually come in time. I find ticket master is much better and will order from them for now on.
7/25/24. I contacted the number below but, I continue to get no information. This marketplace is horrible to deal with. I will update if I get any information that is useful about my tickets.

Stay far, far away from this platform. Highly likely you'll not see your tickets. And they'll use bizarre language like "industry practice to deliver 24 hours before the event" to try and con you into thinking you're the crazy one. Absolute scam since they don't actually verify whether sellers have the tickets.

Many venues these days are utilizing inventory holds for when they release tickets, which, unfortunately, means sellers are not able to transfer as quickly as we'd like in some instances. For your event, there is currently an inventory hold up to 72 hours before the event. Once tickets are released by the venue, the seller will be able to transfer your tickets to you. I never received my ticket as promised
I never received my ticket as promised; their email stated I would receive it by June 23. I contacted customer service and they said that the seller hadn’t received the ticket yet so basically the seller was selling a ticket that they didn’t have and will now likely receive the ticket three days before the concert which would be 36 days after I ordered and paid for. After reviewing several other peoples review that they never got tickets or their tickets came after the concert I requested a refund which they denied.
Luckily, my Apple credit card gave me a refund. Please do not buy from Rateyourseat!!

Purchased tickets in March for a show on June 2nd. Sent several emails over the past few months requesting how to get the tickets—-one email assured me that I would get the tickets by June 6th !!! I was sent several emails assuring me that I would be informed how to get them within 48 hours of the event. Emailed weekly before the event and the day before, to no avail. Called a few hours before the event and asked for a refund at that point but was told that I would get an email immediately with instructions how to get the tickets. The concert is now over and now I have to fight to get my $317 back. DO NOT USE this company!!!
