This afternoon I purchased two Billie…

This afternoon I purchased two Billie Eilish concert tickets for $447.30 for Tuesday November 19, 2024 at Ball Arena. I honestly believe that the tickets for the concert is overpriced. Unfortunately I won’t be able to make the concert for that day. I spoke with the representative to see how I can cancel my ticket orders and receive my refund. The person informed me that I wasn’t able to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. I feel like almost $500 is coming out of my pocket.

Tickets not on time

I was at Dodger Stadium at 10 am. Bought a single ticket at 10:36 am, for the Dodger/Marlin game set at 12:10 pm on May 8th, 2024. You get an email asking you to register to a 3rd party (MLB Ballpark App) to get your ticket. After the registration process, I got kicked out for some reason. I tried to get back in but the password I had just created was not letting me in. I tried to reset my password 3 times, which took a long time. By the time I was done, the ball game was in the middle of the 5th inning.

I bought the ticket at 10:36 am, and the ticket became available at 12:40 pm. So, I went home without using the ticket because the ballgame was almost over.

I requested a refund but was denied. They say they have proof the ticket was sent on time. Maybe at their end, but not on my end. Maybe somewhere in the transaction there is a glitch, or something... I don't know.

The ticket price on the site was at $38; the final charge was $49 and change.

Bad service, ticket was not available on time. Please stay away from RateYourSeats.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible company. Bought tickets. Never received a confirmation email (they say they have proof of it). Thought my tickets were fraudulent so purchased two more from Stubhub. I couldn’t remember later with no confirmation where I bought the tickets. Didn’t hear from them for 4 months. Then two days before the concert they send the electronic tickets and now trying to get rid of them. Ridiculous customer service. No answers except they don’t do refunds. STAY AWAY. They say 100 percent guard but mine came 5 days after the expected timeframe and they say 100 percent guarantee. I lost 600.00 all because of their lack of communication and not sending a confirmation email which made me feel like it was fraudulent.

The process lacked sufficient up front…

The process lacked sufficient up front listing of all ticket costs. I guessed there is probably taxes and fees in the total but nowhere along the way was that made obvious. In fact the emailed invoice also lacks this breakdown. You can do better

I had a very good experience

I had a very good experience. Juan was extremely nice and very helpful. I had questions and was having trouble getting my tickets. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. He also thoroughly addressed the problem I was having. I can’t say enough about how nice and professional he was. I would give him 100 stars if I could.

You sold me scam tickets!!!!

You sold me scam tickets that would not scan at the stadium. Someone else had already scanned the tickets and they were in our seats. The stadium said the tickets were non transferable and could not be sold to us - but you allowed it to happen.
I had to purchase new tickets at the box office.
I have pictures of the people in our seats.
I want my money back!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Do not deal with this company. Their website isn't clear and I wanted to attend a men's basketball game instead of a women's. I called back within a few hours and told them about the mistake, The game wasn't until the following day. They wouldn't return the money. I explained what happened and they were totally uncompromising, stating that my only option was to resell the tickets to someone else online. RUN - DON'T WALK - AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Children disturbance makes experience unenjoyable

Seats were very good for the section price (Mezz1 rB
s7-8); however, both in front and behind us were families with children (~ 5-7 yrs old) who could not sit still nor be quiet. As we know this age group can be very difficult to control; however, it made for a disturbing experience which was not very enjoyable. Something needs to be done (maybe age requirement of 12 yrs old or older) for the ticket prices to remain high - it's not a good value purchase if not enjoyable, nor for return engagements. The performance was VERY GOOD; it's not a reflection on the LA Ballet Company, but it's counterproductive to have a great performance but not get a high experience/return rating because of disturbance in the audience.
