While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. BE WARNED

BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY FROM CARPENTERP THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA AND WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN ADDRESS IF THE GARMENT YOU ORDERED DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY, WHICH MEANS YOU WON'T GET A REFUND.

In November 2024 my wife saw an advert placed by a company called Carpenterp on Facebook Marketplace that featured Ladies dresses from which she ordered 3 dresses costing a total of USD$56.07. When they arrived, She tried on one of the dresses only to find that the dress was huge and didn't fit her properly which meant that all three dress would be large and ill fitting.
She then emailed Carpenterp and explained the issue and requested a return address so she could send the dresses back and seek a refund. They did not and still have not provided her with a return address. Instead, they offered her $18USD as compensation.
After doing some research, she discovered that Carpenterp must be affiliated to a US company titled Rationalh because that is the name recorded against her Bank Statement against a charge of AUD$114 for Carpenterp.
After many weeks of emailing back and forth without any success in securing a refund, she has had to resort to lodging a complaint with the Western Australian State Government Department's Consumer Affairs Section. Who will take whatever action they determine is necessary for this situation.
