Do not buy anything you may need to return to this company! Appalling customer service. I purchased a pair of their vegan trainers through Wearth. I tried one shoe on and it did not fit and felt very uncomfortable. Returning them was a very long winded and expensive process- with some strange questions (postage was £13 altogether on top of the £70 for the shoes). After several emails on my part Wearth came back with an email to say the company (RationaL) had sent an image of damage to the shoe- showing they had been worn. It was a small mark under the laces- and must have been there on delivery to me and which I didn’t notice- having only tried one shoe on. I have yet to hear any further - this was over a week ago. I am now going to contact Trading Standards to find how to proceed.
