Delivery was on time and had a good service. The driver was very friendly and was happy with working together in a difficult area.

Second set I have bought from Rattan Park. First set excellent, Second set they have sent the wrong size cushion for one of the chairs and the back of the sofa is damaged.
Emailed and messaged on Facebook on Friday straight away and they still haven't responded to me.
No phone number either to contact them, so I am left with a damaged sofa and the incorrect cushion. Not ideal when I have spent over £1000 on this set.

5 star for the furniture - really good quality. The communication with the delivery company wasn’t great though - although they did manage to get to me in the end

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the rattan corner sofa, dining table with chairs, and 2 sunloungers. From start to finish, the service was outstanding – friendly, efficient, and helpful every step of the way. Delivery was incredibly quick, much faster than expected, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

Cannot fault - top service from start to finish. Nothing more than excellent. Highly recommend

Arrived on time and in good condition

On time, good service. However, I now have a whole load of bits over the floor, a bag of screws and NO assembly instructions!! So, no I wouldn't buy again and this will be returned if I haven't heard anything by the end of today.

First order was clearance but was assured it wasn’t faulty just no packaging - it was faulty so had to be returned. Next order was sale price - faulty ! Had to be collected which was ok but the delivery of the replacement part was stressful - given a date and didn’t materialise- company said was delivery company issue - when it was eventually received the delivery company said they had just received it and wasn’t there fault previous date wasn’t fulfilled/ not sure who to believe.now that I have the full set it’s lovely but not sure would recommend the company
