Package well. Quick shopping. Great quality product!

I ordered a bedhead weeks in advance of when i needed it as I was waiting to move house. The store held on to it for me until I needed it and were very friendly and responsive to any emails I sent. As promised, they sent it on the date we agreed and it arrived within a few business days. The bedhead is beautiful and I will definitely be shopping here again

I was so impressed by the packing when I opened the box. All the pieces are wrapped, padded & secured by black string. I carefully unwrapped the pieces and layed them out then followed the assembly instructions which were super easy as the parts are numbered. It took me around 13 mins to assemble.
AlthoughI measured it when I purchased it, the large is a very big bed! 2 labradors could fit on it! In hindsight I could of ordered a bed size down.. but it means my lab can really stretch out on those hot nights. Excellent value for money especially given other merchants offer the same item or smaller and without the mattress!
I’m very happy with the quality and after being a 1st time buyer from rattan revival will buy from them again. 😊

Our dog Chloe loves her new bed. She has settled well into it and the size is perfect. The only criticism I would have is that the cushion it comes with is very hard. I have had to recover it with a softer cushion for more comfort for her.

I am so happy with the daybed and coffee table I received. From answering questions I had before making the purchase, to communicating with me regarding delivery, the owners took great care of my order. I was a little worried when I noticed no instruction sheet when putting together daybed, but overall really easy to assemble. I will be ordering again from this company.
