Absolute joke. Ordered a walking treadmill which worked for 3 weeks and has stopped working. I have emailed the After Sale email address and they’ve asked for a video to demonstrate the issue. It’s so hard to send a video via email due to file size so I sent a link to one on OneDrive. They can’t open it. I managed to take a video short enough to send. You can see it’s there with no errors in my sent box and they are claiming once again they can’t open it. If you want video evidence of faults then provide a proper avenue to send it. My next step is to complain to Wowcher as this was bought through them and I will be taking this to Trading Standards as they are an absolute joke. AVOID.

I bought a Walking Treadmill from Rattrix ltd via Wowcher. The machine blew my electric and smoke came from the plug I tried 3 times and same happend every time. I contacted Wowcher and Rattrix which at first was pleasant customer service. When it came to returning the machine which states if goods are faulty you will be refunded the cost of return. I arranged with Parcel force to return the machine which cost me £20. Now Rattrix are saying because they refunded me for the machine they cannot refund me for the return. So what they state on Wowcher website is false. Do not buy from this Company.

Bought a gaming chair for a Xmas present and got a table instead, contacted and they said Hermes would collect waited in all day and they never came. Tried to contact them again but now there not answering my emails

Driver returned garden furniture to depot because he said I refused delivery but was more likely because he never wanted to deliver it. Spent hours and hours over a week trying tyo sort it out or get a refund and all I got was the runaround, fobbed off, lied too and led up the garden path

Appalling company. Bout a walking treadmill via wowcher on 22/03/24. Still haven't received the item. Was told it would be delivered on 02/04 but I had to reschedule due to Oncology hospital appointment. Rescheduled for the 10th. Total no show. No communication from delivery company. Rearranged delivery to 17th. Again, no show. Complained to wowcher, rattrix and the delivery company. The delivery company have confirmed they've never received the item so the whole thing has been lies. Shocking way to do business. Thought honesty was the best policy?

Ordered a treadmill via Wowcher, I emailed and cancelled before it was even processed to the company. They replied only for them to ignore any further emails and despatched it the same evening that I send my fourth consecutive email reiterating that I didn’t want it. They despatched it then updated the app the following morning to say it was now despatched. Then emailed me to tell me it was too late they had despatched it. It makes no sense whatsoever as to why they would despatch something despite asking for a cancellation with 24hrs of ordering and before it was even processed as an order.
Absolutely despicable I asked for a full refund of the cost of the item and also the shipping cost because 3 days prior to despatch it wouldn’t have been raised with the courier at that point!
My only thought now that I have refused the delivery I’m going to have further problems with this company I’ve now had to go through the rigmarole of refusing the delivery and what for?
It makes no sense whatsoever to send out and item 3 days after a cancellation was raised!

I ordered a treadmill, and when I received it, it didn't work. I contacted costumer service, and got a lot of help. I send a video of the defect, and they offered to send me a new item. Today, the workdays later I have received a new treadmill, and it works. And I didn't even have to return the defective one. Fully satisfied costumer here.

They send me a wrong item, but the customerservice was helpfull and responted fast to my request regarding my wishes to change for the correct item.

Very helpful customer service, fast response and fast problem solving. Treadmill did not work as it should and I got full refund. I see the rating of Rattrix is quite low but according to my experience, they are really trying to change. Nothing bad to say from my side!

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Firstly I bought a spin bike from the range not knowing it was coming from a third party. The bike turned out to be faulty. Contacted the range who passed me on to this third party. They first got me to try fix the bike myself and then when the bike was still unable to be used they offered me £30. I requested a full refund. Emails have been going back and forth for months with no resolution. The range are useless and don’t help. I’ve now paid nearly £30 to be able to get the bike back to this company. Requested they send me a label through the post as I have no printer but no I’ve got to pay for that too. All the money I’ve spent getting this FAULTY bike back I may aswell have accepted the £30 offer they gave me as either way I’ve lost money. I still don’t have the refund so currently almost £180 out of pocket. I will never use this company again and I will never order anything from the range again

What a joke of a company!!! Do never ever ever order from this company. They are conmen and will take your money. Worst customer services I have ever dealt with they go completely against trading standards and operate illegally. I ordered rattan garden furniture over 2 months ago. They sent me the wrong item. 6 weeks I have had 3 large boxes sat in my house blocking my front door as it’s the only place they can go as my house is really small. My daughter is 18 months old and pulled a box on top of her hurting herself. I have spoke to the company every day for 6 weeks and sent over 60 emails. They keep pretending they are sending someone to pick up my item but never do. 5 days I have took off work and no one turns up. They send false tracking numbers they have made up to try and keep me quiet. They took my money which I paid £300 but are refusing to give me a refund untill the item is collected. But they won’t collect it! They take 5-6 days to reply to emails they are unprofessional and rude. Basically a bunch of con men and women. Please do not use this company. Frauds ! Order from Range and didn’t realise this shambles was the “direct partner” else I wouldn’t have bothered.

It’s still not turned up 4 weeks after order. Emailed to ask where it is, they want pictures of the issue and box code. The range don’t really care either despite the fact it’s them I’ve paid.

They’re now saying it’s going to take 1-2 days to get some tracking info. Why is it? Fuming

Got the wrong color on a gaming chair. They wouldn't replace it with the right color. We only got 20% of our money back. Worst company ever.

Bought a treatmil from CDON, and Rattrix sent me the wrong colour, but after i wrote them, they replaced it, and i could even keep the other one, thanks Rattrix.

Bought a treadmill from them via the Range website. It arrived but unfortunately it was faulty, after 10 days of dealing with The Ranges awful customer service team they told me to contact the supplier myself. I contacted Rattrix on Wednesday evening and they had processed my refund within 24 hours. Its a shame the treadmill was faulty but these things happen and they dealt with it quickly.
